Waterfront Marina

Good morning – I was unfortunately surprised to read this review today – especially after our friendly interactions over the past couple of days. We take a lot of pride in our marina. Our bathrooms were completely renovated in 2020 and meticulously maintain them. The unseasonably hot and humid weather we have been experiencing this past week has made it so that even the outdoors feels poorly ventilated. We specify on our Dockwa and Marinas.com pages that we do not have laundry services on site. Our footprint on land is just too small, and so we do not have room for it. However, there is a laundromat within a 1-minute walk from the marina property on Main Street. It’s unfortunate that no one from your party asked us about any of these amenities or services, as we would have been very happy to direct you to them. I appreciate you complementing our staff as friendly and efficient. We enjoyed having you as our neighbor, as you were docked adjacent to our marina office. We made ourselves wholly available to you and we were even happy to stock your coolers with ice at no charge. So, needless to say this is exceptionally disappointing to be reviewed this way especially as no one communicated to us any dissatisfaction. In the future I would recommend you communicate with the marinas you stay at, as you will find they would be more than happy to accommodate you if they are made aware of your needs.
