Thanks, and for those of you coming to the marina that have never been here, we have a nice video on our website that guides you directly to the marina.....and when you get here give us a call on VHF 69 and we will instruct you where to place your fenders and docklines and direct you in, and our dockhands will be on the dock to assist.

Dear Mariner, We are very sorry that you did not get pumped out during your recent stay with us. We perform about 2500 pump outs every year and eliminate over 60,000 gallons of waste going into Boston Harbor as a result. Of the 65 pumpout boats in the Commonwealth we are one of, if not the, busiest and we are proud to offer this free service in conjunction with the US Fish and Wildlife and the Massachusetts Clean Vessel Act. The government funds for this program cover about 25% of our overall costs, and we are happy to provide the service because it is the “right thing to do”. We have investigated your complaint and find no record of your initial request on the Friday night you arrived. When a request is submitted it automatically goes on our active pumpout list and is attended to the following day. When you called you asked if all the pumpouts were completed and our dockmaster responded in the affirmative because all of the vessels on the days list had been serviced. We have tried to get in touch with you by phone and email on a number of occasions to find out what happened but we never heard back from you. We can only surmise that you went on our website to fill out the form to get a pumpout but that you never completed the request by hitting the “submit” button. After hitting submit you would have received the following message: “Thank you, your submission has been received", then your boats name and location would be added to the next days schedule. If you are on the list you will definitely be pumped out or notified of any problems We complete thousands of pumpouts every year. We are sorry you did not receive the services you were looking for. I trust everything else during your stay with us was satisfactory. Our staff works very hard to meet the needs of our guests. Please do come back so we can make amends and you can join so many other boaters that have given us 5 star reviews.
