Cancellation Policy - Constitution

If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date, refund shall be in full. If cancellation is within 7 days of arrival date, Licensee shall receive a dockage credit in the same dollar amount to apply to future dockage within the same season, contingent on dockage availability. There are NO refunds for discounted, weekly or monthly rates for early departure.
