Cancellation Policy - SEACOAST

All dockage reservations will be processed by Seacoast Enterprises Associates, Inc. for payment-in-full upon receipt of the reservation either by telephone, fax, email or reservation booking services (eg. Dockwa). All reservations cancelled outside a 24-hour window of the date of the reservation are redeemable for a full 100% credit towards another stay at any one of the marina properties managed by within one year (365 days) of your reservation date, subject to availability. We hope that you will be able to visit one of our marinas in the future. Should a monetary refund be requested for a reservation cancelled outside a 24-hour window (Non-Holiday), it will be subject to a $50.00 per day Administrative fee for daily reservations and/or a 15% Administrative fee for weekly or monthly reservations. Administrative fees will be subtracted from your original reservation total. Refunds are not available for Holiday reservations; Holiday Dates are Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend(s), Three Mile Harbor Fireworks Weekend, Labor Day Weekend. Weekends include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. All reservations cancelled within 24-hours of the reservation date are non-refundable in any capacity. Reservation dates begin at midnight. All Seacoast Enterprises Associates Inc. credits are non-transferable.

Should you require a late check-in or departure, please contact us in advance so we can properly support your boating trip plan. We do not provide a launch service for our moorings at this time. Thank you and Happy Boating.
