Cancellation Policy - Homer Smith Docks Marina UPDATED

Reservations must be cancelled 24+ hours prior to scheduled arrival to receive a full refund, otherwise they forfeit the 1-night deposit fee. Guests wishing to make changes to their confirmed reservation must also notify the marina 24+ hours before arrival, otherwise, all reservation details are final.

Any changes made to reservations after check in are final. No refunds for early departure.
