Cancellation Policy - Town of Marblehead Harbormaster

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to limited space and high demand, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit refund for each cancelled day of your booking, regardless of how far in advance of your scheduled arrival it is cancelled. To receive a full refund minus the 5% per day fee, reservations must be cancelled 48+ hours prior to scheduled arrival, otherwise they forfeit the full deposit amount. HOLIDAY RATES POLICY: July 2nd, 3rd and 4th require a 3-night stay. You may request less than 3 nights, but the minimum price still applies.
