Cancellation Policy - SHM 1 Day Transient Policy

At Safe Harbor Marinas, we go out of our way to provide an unparalleled experience to every one of our transient guests, from the moment you make a reservation to the moment you cast off and depart for home.  As part of this commitment, all reservations for overnight stays can now be easily made using our online booking partner, Dockwa ( or by using the Dockwa mobile app).  Since we set aside a spot for you as soon as your reservation is confirmed, we ask that you let us know if your plans change or be subject to the following cancellation policy. All Reservations will require a deposit of one night’s stay plus anticipated electric connection fees. Members wishing to use their free or discounted SHM Black Card benefits* are required to provide a credit card number to secure their reservation. ·        If a reservation is not canceled more than 24-hours prior to the arrival date (by 1pm) the boater will forfeit their deposit, including electric connection fees. ·         A transient guest who does not cancel and fails to arrive for a scheduled reservation will be charged 100% of their entire reserved stay, including electrical connection fees. All cancellation requests will generate an email confirmation of cancellation.  Receipt of this email confirmation will serve as proof that your cancellation has been acknowledged. Weather Policy: It is hard to know in advance what the weather will do on the day of your visit.  Therefore, cancellations due to weather will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit if there is a NOAA Small Craft Advisory posted for the area in which the marina is located on the expected date of arrival. *Find out about the benefits of Black Card Membership, including free and discounted overnight stays, access to preferred partnership benefits and discounted fuel here.
