Cancellation Policy - Molly Pitcher & Oyster Point

100% Refund if notification to cancel is received 7 days prior to the marinas local check-in time of 12:00 noon.

If boater cancels less than 7 days the first night is Non-Refundable.

After the first night stay boater decides to depart early the remaining nights are Non-Refundable.

Non-Refundable deposit. If reservation is cancelled due to inclement weather, to be determined by the Dock Master.

The deposit is transferable to another date during the current marina season when available.
