Cancellation Policy - Town of Palm Beach Cancellation Policy - March 2022

All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date or you may be charged up to 50% of your reservation. A transient guest who does not cancel and fails to arrive for a scheduled reservation will be charged 50% of their entire reserved stay. A transient guest who is already checked in, and departs less than 48 hours earlier than their scheduled departure date, may be charged for the unused portion of their reservation. Weather Policy: It is hard to know in advance what the weather will do on the day of your visit. Therefore, cancellations due to weather will be honored if there is a NOAA Small Craft Advisory posted for the area in which the marina is located on the expected date of arrival.
