Cancellation Policy - Mad Max Marina

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are non-refundable, apply only to the dates listed, and may not be transferred to another vessel or person. NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES, LATE ARRIVALS, OR NO-SHOWS. Please call to confirm your reservation by 5 p.m. the day before with your ETA or risk losing your reservation. Vessels that stay past the 11:00 AM check out time will be charge an additional night and will not be eligible to stay that additional night.

CHECK-IN: After 2:00 p.m. (You must notify us by 5 p.m. the day before with your ETA or forfeit your stay)

CHECK-OUT: No later than 11:00 a.m. (vessels leaving after 11 a.m. will be charged an additional night).

Dock space is limited, please note the following:

-Requests for specific slips cannot be guaranteed as your berth is not determined until the day of your arrival.

-We will try our best to keep you in one berth but it may be necessary to move you during your stay.

-Tenders/dinghies must be stowed on your vessel or the public dinghy dock.

-We assume no responsibility for damage to underwater appendages due to low water.

-Sorry, we do not have restrooms or showers. (The Visitors Center 2 blocks up does).

-If hurricane warnings are issued for our area, you will be required to vacate the dock.
