Cancellation Policy - Paducah

A docking position will be held for late arrivals until 5:00 p.m. Boaters expecting to arrive later than 5:00 p.m. must contact the Call Center. If the Call Center receives the cancellation request on arrival date, the customer may have a cancellation fee deducted from their refund except where weather conditions existed which prevented watercraft from arriving at the harbor or the inability to leave the harbor of refuge for another reservation. The parks staff will consult the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for final determination when judging the waiver of cancellation fees based on weather conditions. Transient dock operation may be suspended due to river flood stages. No Shows – Reservations A reserved docking area may be processed as a “No Show” at 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Failure to contact the Call Center will result in the cancellation of the slip without a refund and the slip will be filled with the next available boat. Fees shall not be refunded for a “No Show” reservation.
