City management appears to be either tone deaf or lacks experience in Marina management. Floating docks, while pricey, are great. Look for www.payc.us for a great Yacht club nearby.

Great Dockage; poor marina. Sadly, the wonderful floating docks at the marina are not matched by amenities ashore. There is not easy access to ice or laundry; no restaurants or stores nearby. Bugs are BAD. Like really BAD! They swarm right at sunset and love biting any exposed skin. Don't dare walk in the grass at any time of the day! The management office seems to have a disconnect between the staff members on what fees, availability or amenities.

Great place for saltwater fishing, boating, sailing, kayak fishing and birding. Floating dock renovation creates beautiful evening view with lighted slips.
