Convenient and easy for staying in town fishing for the weekend!

Online booking was easy and straightforward. The marina staff were friendly and offered docking assistance even though they were technically closed when we arrived 15 minutes after their normal closing time. Bath and shower facilities were sparkling clean.

Gig Harbor boat yard is great. Great people who work there, as always extremely helpful in all aspects not just mooring. Great mechanical staff and management. Bathrooms are great as well. So easy to get in and out. If you are boating who needs WiFI and docks that are marked, just enjoy and know this is a great place to Moore your boat and enjoy the Harbor. You guys are wonderful.

Easy in and out. Love the town...what's not to love? Great location. Beautiful sunsets...great restaurants - all the stuff you need. One thing would be nice...a smaller grocery type store since the market closed. Arch & Starr will be adding more "grocery" items, fresh fruits/veggies,, bee/wine etc...over the next few months. Looing forward to that :)

We arrived and pulled into assigned slip. We went out for a walk Came back to dock gate and entered code given to me in email. Did not work. Note on gate said new code was put in on July 1st. We had no knowledge of this. Nothing stated in email and no new email sent. We had no way to get to our boat. I called the office and it was closed. Tried calling security and nobody answered. We sat forever without being able to get back to our boat. Very unhappy about whole situation.

Do to my knee issues I requested help upon my arrival at the dock. Three men from the yard were there to assist me docking my sailboat. My brother and me walked a short way to the Tides, had a great dinner then back to the boat for whiskey and cigars with a beautiful view of the harbor. Thanks Gig Harbor Marina for adding to a perfect trip. Gerry, ( just turned 84)

Instructions said to call ahead but they failed to tell me that they were closed on Saturday. Emergency number did not get answered and had to wait for call back. Docks are not clearly marked A or B, had to ask a few residents. WiFi is horrible

Clean and modern bathrooms. Dock was in good shape. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We would recommend it.

Tenant and customer friendly marina and boatyard. We are very pleased with the level of service and care as a boat owner and slip tenant. Couldn't be more happy!

Easy booking process, easily accessible guest slip assigned, bathroom code worked and the bathrooms were beautiful and spotless. Great experience all around.

Great marina very close to restaurants/shops/cafes. It was a little unclear where our slip was located. Better signage showing B and A docks would be helpful or at least a better map online. No major complaints though. We'll be back.

Arrived just at closing. No one around to answer questions, nor a number to call. No signage to direct us from the dock to the showers/restrooms. No garbage/recycle near the gate. No access to an info booth for things to do, city map, suggested eats. That said, the guest moorage dock and central location was great. We are new to boating so understanding the boat wise app and that our gate code was on the receipt came a little late, lol. The showers were nice and clean once we found them. Local businesses and their staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back again.

Easy slip to get into. Great location.

Terrible experience. Receipt for marina space did not show the space location or #. When we arrived we did not know where to moor the boat. We called the marina phone number and got a recording. We had to turn around ando go home. A waste of $82. Ron
