Pier E was fine. The gate on pier F was very hard to open and one of the showers did not function. So we had to get dressed and go to a different one. The latches on the bathrooms don’t close completely and if someone slams a door on another bathroom the latch can open.
Most bathrooms do not have a shelf or table to put your things and the only hooks are too close to the shower.

Great harbor location for our needs. Facilities above average for local Westerec managed properties. Staff went above and beyond on several occasions. Would come back for sure.

Moderate price, clean enough bathrooms/showers. Can’t fault marina for other boaters that are loud or run engines for hours unnecessarily. Over all good stay.

We had to cancel our Diversey Harbor reservation at the last minute due to the bridge clearance. We rebooked at Belmont. When we arrived we could not hail the harbormaster, and ended up calling the harbor master at Diversey that was extremely helpful and got our slip assignment for us and access information to the dock and restrooms. We tried to locate the Belmont harbormaster and could not locate him to answer a question we had.
The harbor was convienent to a number of restaurants in the neighborhood. The regular slip holders were very friendly and assisted us in getting us tied up.

Stay was pretty good but would have rather stayed on E or F dock. We were on B dock with all sailboats that were rentals.
Other than that it was good. Bathrooms were clean.

This is our favorite Chicago Harbor of the 4 that we have been at this week. Great location, clean and all the amenities. We again had the same issue as the other 3, with someone being in our assigned slip and having to move at arrival. I don't get it! The Chicago Park District forces you to reserve slips through the Dockwa app and then is very slow to confirm and respond, if they ever do respond. I called twice after making the reservation and was told the harbormaster was not in yet. This was at 1PM. I had to show up, and track someone down to find our slip assignment. Then we get to our slip and someone is in it. I picked the closest open slip and called to find out if I could stay or needed to move. I was promised a call right back and never received one. The customer service at every Chicago Park District Harbor is non existant.
