Special recognition is deserved by Nick and Elizabeth. Both have consistently gone above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating, and professional. Their positive attitude, excellent communication, and genuine dedication to customer service make a tremendous difference. They are outstanding representatives of North Coast Harbor Marina and a major reason the marina provides such a welcoming and dependable experience.

This is a little gem marina. Right next to the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame and in a great location near all downtown Cleveland. The floating docks are in great shape and a deck had was there to assist.
Bathrooms are nice and clean and much better than most.

We had a great stay at North Coast Harbor Marina. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring Cleveland. Everything was clean, convenient, and well run. We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cleveland by boat.

North Coast Harbor is a great location, but the bridge is annoying. Reaching out on Channel 16 often receives no reply. Beeping does nothing. Calling works when someone answers. Then 3 am the bridge horn is blaring! Four nights there was a little too long. Love the location to the downtown area though. Shower goes from hot to scalding. No cool shower when it's 85 and humid!

Have stayed many times over the last few years. The marina and the staff are very helpful and waiting to help you dock when you call to let them know you are arriving. It is clean, secure and well maintained. The sell a few things as well like ice ect. My only issue is with having to ask the bridge operator to raise and lower the bridge every time you want to come and go, so we try to keep it to a minimum, you can hover for 15 minutes either side of the bridge, blow the horn and they wont open the bridge until you call them, they keep all the blinds drawn sun or not, dont know if they can see you or hear the horn but you would think there is a camera they can see the bridge and the boats so Im not sure why they make it so hard. We couldnt find the number for the bridge operator and the marina dock master had to call the bridge and ask them to open the bridge for the boat that has been hovering out there because the deck hands were waiting for us so long. That is the only drawback.

We have been coming here since 2017 and this is our first visit under Metro Parks Management. The facility and bathrooms were the nicest and cleanest they have ever been. Kimberly, the Marina Manager did a fantastic job, she went above and beyond for dock assignment for our 3 boat party and has very helpful with every aspect of our visit. Looking forward to our next trip there!

The docks are nice, wide, and solid with a great location. The bath rooms are okay, clean, but no A/C. 2 showers for men and I believe the same on the woman's side. There are key FOB's for access to the docks. The dock hands are worthless. We had 4 boats all come in and they just stood there. They did not hold the boat away from the dock, they didn't have a clue on how to tie a boat to the dock, and they didn't know how to use a boat fender. At first I thought it was just one of the dock hands, but after watching our other boats come in, I realized none of them had a clue. I mentioned it to the manager an she made an excuse for one of them. We boated over to Shooters and it was a completely different experience, they held the boat off of the dock, tied it up properly with a spring line, and placed fenders in the logical locations.

Awesome marina! Very responsive and friendly. Super clean! And, you can’t beat the location! R&R Hall of Fame and Science Museum right at the dock. I will be back next year!

Marina is gorgeous, safe, friendly, and in a great location. The price is very expensive for a 1hr stop on a 17' boat. Is there any way to pay by the hour instead of paying for the full day?

About North Coast Harbor Marina
Nestled along the vibrant downtown Cleveland waterfront, the Cleveland Metroparks began operating North Coast Harbor Marina in 2026. We are a recreational boating facility and can accommodate boats up to 100 feet in length. Water and electric hookups are available at no extra cost.
With modern facilities, convenient access to open waters, and a welcoming atmosphere for both seasoned mariners and first-time visitors, the marina plays a vital role in supporting marine activity and enhancing the surrounding community.
For holidays and events, the marina does fill up quickly. Please do not hesitate to make your reservations far enough in advance to ensure your dock space.
Please be sure to upload a current copy of your vessel registration and insurance to your Dockwa profile prior to requesting a transient dock.
