Nick and his staff were very accommodating. We arrived late, had problems with the electric. We caught him outside the gate on his way home. He came back in , loaned us a splitter and saved the day. There definitely aren’t enough 50 amp services for the newer boats. The only reason it doesn’t get a five star. We’ll be back!

Very nice marina. Will be back again when we can spend more time. Restaurants are a bit of a walk other than the Mexican restaurant.

Staff greeted us and helped dock. Docks are very nice and proximity to downtown is very nice. Bathrooms are clean. One unusual thing was 2 raccoons came out at dusk from somewhere near the office.

Located in the heart of one of the most successful revitalized cities in the U.S., the marina’s quaint size and modern amenities make it a unique must stop. The management is present and responsive and genuinely happy to help. Short safe walk to provisions.

First season being run by Metroparks. Good communication for a Fleet visit. Met by competent dockhands. Bathroom clean. No complaints. Could wish for some shady spot but there's really no room for that.

Great facility. Clean bathroom and showers. Great location in Cleveland. New, wide floating docks. Surrounding area can be a bit loud, but hey you're in the middle of a city. Would definitely visit again.

New management change is very evident in the great service and cleanliness of the facility, including the docks (daily removal of duck poo). Very engaged personel making sure everything is OK and offering suggestions for enjoying the area. Absolutely will return and recommend.

I think that $35 to park the boat for a couple hours just to have drinks at Nuevo is much too pricey. I suppose that’s what it’ll take to help pay for that ridiculous pedestrian bridge that blocks boat traffic in out of the marina.

The new office/convenience store is a great addition. Some things that could be improved on is air conditioning in the bathrooms and WiFi at the docks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Marina is very clean, docks are strong and safe, restrooms clean. Surprisingly secure and quiet for being right in the heart of downtown. Mexican restaurant was very good.

Great access to Cleveland and steps from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Pump out comes right to your slip (at no charge when we were there) and sturdy, new floating docks. Easy access to clean bathrooms and showers (no laundry though). When we were there office hours didn’t start until 10 am, so when our friends pulled in before the dockmaster arrived, luckily we were there to give them the codes and run down--would have been helpful if that was available without needing to access the marina staff. Definitely worth spending a few days to explore all Cleveland has to offer.

About North Coast Harbor Marina

Nestled along the vibrant downtown Cleveland waterfront, the Cleveland Metroparks began operating North Coast Harbor Marina in 2026. We are a recreational boating facility and can accommodate boats up to 100 feet in length. Water and electric hookups are available at no extra cost.

With modern facilities, convenient access to open waters, and a welcoming atmosphere for both seasoned mariners and first-time visitors, the marina plays a vital role in supporting marine activity and enhancing the surrounding community.

For holidays and events, the marina does fill up quickly. Please do not hesitate to make your reservations far enough in advance to ensure your dock space.

Please be sure to upload a current copy of your vessel registration and insurance to your Dockwa profile prior to requesting a transient dock.

Marina store hours: 11am-7pm Rates: $35 day rate, $2.50/foot per night transient
