We have been coming here since 2017 and this is our first visit under Metro Parks Management. The facility and bathrooms were the nicest and cleanest they have ever been. Kimberly, the Marina Manager did a fantastic job, she went above and beyond for dock assignment for our 3 boat party and has very helpful with every aspect of our visit. Looking forward to our next trip there!

The docks are nice, wide, and solid with a great location. The bath rooms are okay, clean, but no A/C. 2 showers for men and I believe the same on the woman's side. There are key FOB's for access to the docks. The dock hands are worthless. We had 4 boats all come in and they just stood there. They did not hold the boat away from the dock, they didn't have a clue on how to tie a boat to the dock, and they didn't know how to use a boat fender. At first I thought it was just one of the dock hands, but after watching our other boats come in, I realized none of them had a clue. I mentioned it to the manager an she made an excuse for one of them. We boated over to Shooters and it was a completely different experience, they held the boat off of the dock, tied it up properly with a spring line, and placed fenders in the logical locations.

Awesome marina! Very responsive and friendly. Super clean! And, you can’t beat the location! R&R Hall of Fame and Science Museum right at the dock. I will be back next year!

The crew over at North Coast Harbor Marine were on top of things what a great experience . The bathrooms were very nice and we would definitely stay there again . Thanks

Marina is gorgeous, safe, friendly, and in a great location. The price is very expensive for a 1hr stop on a 17' boat. Is there any way to pay by the hour instead of paying for the full day?

The place is well kept, the people/workers are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, the restrooms are a bit small and have no Air Conditioning. I would not stay again unless A/C is installed.

Nick and his staff were very accommodating. We arrived late, had problems with the electric. We caught him outside the gate on his way home. He came back in , loaned us a splitter and saved the day. There definitely aren’t enough 50 amp services for the newer boats. The only reason it doesn’t get a five star. We’ll be back!

Very nice marina. Will be back again when we can spend more time. Restaurants are a bit of a walk other than the Mexican restaurant.

Staff greeted us and helped dock. Docks are very nice and proximity to downtown is very nice. Bathrooms are clean. One unusual thing was 2 raccoons came out at dusk from somewhere near the office.

Located in the heart of one of the most successful revitalized cities in the U.S., the marina’s quaint size and modern amenities make it a unique must stop. The management is present and responsive and genuinely happy to help. Short safe walk to provisions.

First season being run by Metroparks. Good communication for a Fleet visit. Met by competent dockhands. Bathroom clean. No complaints. Could wish for some shady spot but there's really no room for that.

Great facility. Clean bathroom and showers. Great location in Cleveland. New, wide floating docks. Surrounding area can be a bit loud, but hey you're in the middle of a city. Would definitely visit again.
About North Coast Harbor Marina
Nestled along the vibrant downtown Cleveland waterfront, the Cleveland Metroparks began operating North Coast Harbor Marina in 2026. We are a recreational boating facility and can accommodate boats up to 100 feet in length. Water and electric hookups are available at no extra cost.
With modern facilities, convenient access to open waters, and a welcoming atmosphere for both seasoned mariners and first-time visitors, the marina plays a vital role in supporting marine activity and enhancing the surrounding community.
For holidays and events, the marina does fill up quickly. Please do not hesitate to make your reservations far enough in advance to ensure your dock space.
Please be sure to upload a current copy of your vessel registration and insurance to your Dockwa profile prior to requesting a transient dock.
