No one answers the phones there. You have to text message everything! Came in with a pending storm. Unable to find our slip because nothing is numbered.
Mrs. Sloss, from Great Oak Landing, while most marinas do not send overhead pictures of slip layout with yellow path outlining your personalized route to your slip, we do to make it the easiest for boaters to 'see' and find their assignments. Because I am very busy on the weekends with my trailer members at the ramp, esp during a storm, I asked you to contact me 15 min out, which you did not. I'm very sorry the procedures I sent you ahead of time to make your trip easier, weren't helpful. I am happy that you were able to find the patience to let Dockwa and your SHM blackcard time to register, so that you were able to use your free night. I do hope you enjoy the other free nights and other discounts as a Safe Harbor Member.

We were contacted by Chris the morning of our arrival via text with a map of the marina indicating our slip location. This was incredibly helpful and considerate since we had not visited SH Bohemia Vista previously. Chris is a true asset to the marina. She was friendly and a great resource. We look forward to future visits.
Thank you for visiting us! We are thrilled you chose to spend your weekend with us, and hope you have a wonderful trip! We look forward to seeing you again!

We had a great time at Bohemia Vista Marina. Christie was extremely helpful when launching our cruiser and settling in to our slip. The grounds were clean and manicured as well as the facilities and pool. I highly recommend adding this facility to your vacation. You will not be disappointed.
Thank you for your kind words, and for choosing Bohemia Vista Marina! We hope to see you again!

We ducked into Bohemia Vista marina unexpectedly to ride out a gale that was forecast, and were pleasantly surprised. The approach is a little nerve wracking because the Bohemia River is very shallow - in fact the chart showed 7' - 8' while our fathometer read as low as 4.7' in places. But Chris talked us in and it turned out fine.
We tied up to a clean, sturdy concrete floating slip with help from Chris and a dockhand.
Once secured we found somewhat basic but nice and clean facilities: a clubhouse with big-screen TV with comfortable couch & chairs, 1 washer & dryer, and 1 bathroom with shower. As I say, sort of basic but clean & well maintained. There's strong WiFi throughout the marina and Chris lives on site and is always available to help with any problems. No restaurants on site or within walking distance, but several will deliver here.
Overall a pleasant enough experience and we would stay here again.
Thank you for your review and staying with us! I hope the storm passes so you can enjoy the sunsets that are gorgeous here!

This marina was awesome. It has beautiful views of the Bohemia. It is peaceful and tranquil and It has the best staff between Chris the manager and Renee the assistant manager and Tim they run one of the best marina's we have ever stayed at. The marina is spotless, the facilities are cleaned daily and everyone is attentive to your boating needs. They all know how to treat boaters! I would highly recommend staying here for the comfort and for the convenience to Chesapeake City. We stayed for 7 days and didn't want for anything. We will be returning as soon as possible.

Awesome marina. Many new slips and well-maintained gear/buildings. VERY friendly and helpful dock staff to guide and tie up your boat- and help get your systems up and running. Nice vibe at this marina. Shallow approach for bigger boats (5-6ft) - so watch your navigation!
