SHADDY! CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
I closed a deal on a 2010 215 Chaparral on Saturday with money down and final price agreed upon. CONTRACT SIGNED! The next day I stop by to pick up owners manual and the boat is NOT EVEN THERE. The owners son took it out for the day with his family. The owner Kim just says what s the big deal? . Well, the big deal is you just upped the hours from 36 to 40 on MY boat and your son is out using MY boat. No remorse, no compensation offered. Plus, get this they were not even going to replace the gas without negotiating that!
Do not do business with Centerville Marina!
