San Juan Bay Marina

Maritza and her team took excellent care of us and helped out with our every need.

Staff is nice Marina conveniently located to visit old San Juan However showers and heads are not up to todays standard No Laundry either Nice to fill up diesel from your own dock

The marina facilities are in awful condition. There is 1 (one) co-ed shower for the entire marina. Tiles falling off walls - this is in very poor condition. The single (1) toilet, co-ed, was so nasty that we really didn't want to use it. Got keys to the handicapped toilets. There was a ladies and a gentlemen's. These were in better condition, but again, tiles falling off walls encrusted dirt in the corners. No services to speak of. Propane refill? Here's an address, you can get an uber or taxi. Usually marinas offer a propane bottle refill service. The laundry swallowed our money. Sorry, we don't own the machines and have nothing to do with them. We can call the company that owns them and they will come. 2 days later when we left, the company still had not come and no one had refunded our money. There is very little to recommend this marina. It is in the center of San Juan and therefore somewhat convenient. Amazing that this marina was voted "Boaters Choice" in 2023. Perhaps it was because ti is a Hobson's Choice - there are no other marinas in San Juan

A decent marina, but facilities not quite as advertised. There is no laundry, bathrooms are not regularly stocked or cleaned.

BAD DIESEL…….! We liked the marina and the service we received, the current is very strong though so you can’t arrive without light winds and low current. Would have given a higher grade if we didn’t get bad diesel when we filled up the tank. After leaving our diesel generator first broke down, a few hours later our main engine….. we got really dirty bunker diesel….:

Good location, easy bus transport to Old San Juan, very helpful staff. There is diesel for purchase. Even though their web page claims there is laundry facilities, there is none.

Very expensive, additional cors for power supply, small bathroom with flow radiator for water (not hot), but very nice staff.

Excellent Marina Dock Master and Staff. Our concerns and needs were promptly tended.

Great atmosphere and awesome Customer Service with very service oriented personnel.

Great staff and incredible culture… okay it’s maybe looking a little run down. Diesel was 4.30$ @ oct 23. You need Uber or car hire to get to the shops.
