Right in the heart of it all. Slips backup to the boardwalk, so can be very noisy. Ours backup to the Margaritaville restaurant, literally 5’ from it! If you’re looking for a party scene this is your spot otherwise choose another marina. It was quieter than usual when we were there. Docks were high, but power and water was right there.

Enjoyed our time in Destin. Could not have had a better place to dock. Right in the middle of everything. The dock master has been very helpful and courteous. He has gone up and beyond his job to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Great Staff and Stay!!!! 4th of July Fireworks were great!! Lots to do & everything is very close. I was next to the pump-out so I didn't have to move to get pump out but I found it odd that they do not pump you out. You have to do it yourself. I knew it was a very busy area but its very very busy starting at 5 am. Lots of fishing boats leave early. Take this into consideration when you book.

The marina was great. You can’t beat the location. The only issue and it has nothing to do with the marina itself but people in boats across from the marina with music insanely loud. It disturbed everyone including restaurant people. Law enforcement needs to have people keep it at a respectable volume.

Absolutely amazing marina!!! You moor your boat right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. Perfect spot to get underway early for fishing, then afternoon at the Crab Island sand bar. When you get back, drinks from the multiple bars on the pier. Note that there's some sea grass in the bay that did clog our AC's strainer, but not a big deal, just clean it before going to sleep. Can't wait for our next vacation here. P.S. the marina crew were awesome too.

The jet ski floating ride-up dock was ultra convenient…just a few steps from the Emerald Grande at Harbor Walk where we stayed. There was always a dock attendant available for fuel or other service. I was initially worried about my boat’s security, but the dock had attendants all day and cameras at night. No issues here! We had a great time in Destin and was able to conveniently explore the waterways!

Upon arrival we moored up in our slip. Upon returning to the slip one afternoon, they gave our slip to another larger boat and made us move all while trying to convince me that I was in the wrong slip for three days. They moved us because the other boat captain could not navigate the slip.

Outstanding experience!!! The marina staff were very helpful with our 43’ Hatteras. From the time we first called via phone, contacted via VHF when close, and on deck to help grab our lines, fuel, pump and dock. Friendly and able to answer every question. Beautiful sights of dolphin swimming, crab island and tiki boats going by. We needed a minor repair and they were able to recommend a local shop that sent someone out to repair our windless. Overall outstanding experience and would highly recommend.

Slip was tight next to fuel dock and pump out. Used the convenient opportunity to rinse and chemically treat my holding tank and then pump out again next day. The wharf is very touristy spot, but there are a ton of good restaurants walking distance. Also a westmarine and hardware stores nearby for repair supplies. Dockhand was nice and helpful. Also good spot for dinghy ride to see dolphins. Recommend.

Staff were helpful, but marina grossly overpriced and not in that good of shape. No laundry, no showers, bathrooms close at night. You’re right in the heart of a lot of restaurants and shops - but also a lot of noise. Bad & loud music was blaring from public speakers at 6:30 am. Not a good value in our opinion. If weather was good, would just anchor in the bay and dinghy to shops & restaurants.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. It's a happening marina in a boardwalk atmosphere, not your typical marina with restrooms and laundry facilities. Lots to do and see and yes, lots of people. We were outside the Margaretville restaurant (convenient eating spot). The view from the back of the boat was amazing. We watched beautiful sunsets, dolphins swimming and pelicans flying by. This was not a typical stop for us, but we enjoyed our stay.

Harborwalk marina in destin florida is a topnotch marina although the staff is very young they do everything possible to accommodate your needs an a sample of that was when I forgot to bring my 50 amp shore power adapter they provided me with one and save me the day...I strongly recommend this marina to any one that is looking to have some fun since everything you need is just there restaurant shopping live music., you don't have to step out for anything they have it all.. however if you have small cruiser and you want to relax this marina is not for you a lot of tourists and inexperience boaters don't respect the no wave zone and is a constant battle with the waves.

Only one transient docks has 50 amp service When we hooked up to 50 amp power, our first line showed 150 amp, which is to much on that line. When we inquired with the office, we were told they adapted the power to accommodate high power requirements. We had to run electric from another electric tower. Could not use our own water hose because the hose hook up was rusted on the faucet adapter. No showers. Great location for entertainment. However, the transient docks are right by Margaritaville, loud music from noon to close. Probably would not return by boat.

The staff were helpful and friendly, but the "marina" was not what we expected It's in an amusement/entertainment complex filled with noise, blaring music, screens and tons of people that were not boaters. The only restrooms available were those open to the public within the complex. No shower facilities at all and we never got the info regarding a wifi password. The dockage fee of $149.00 seemed outrageous based on the lack of amenities. The atmosphere and constant noise were not suited to us and then a large houseboat, the infamous Tommy Girl (being delivered to a client in Miami) docked next to us and ran their generator all night. If bars, glitz and noise are to your liking, stop here. Otherwise seek out a different location.

Great area to keep the boat. The trailer storage area for Emerald Grande needs to be addressed. Definitely not enough room. Will find another place to store the trailer next time.

Great marina! Staff is awesome. Always met at boat on arrival. Ship store has plenty of boating supplies! Transient manager provides thorough information about local boating knowledge. Deep slips! Great location to Destins premier Harborwalk! Minutes from great restaurants, bars, shopping and events. Fireworks all summer! Would recommend 10/10.

Someone was in our prepaid slip when we arrived. They were docking there while we used the restaurant. We were accommodated on a fuel dock next to a glass bottom boat. Tourist going on boat rides filed up and down the catwalk for their tours. The harbor walk near our slip had music blaring 25 hours a day. For $3.50 per foot, we got robbed. Not recommended for others.

The staff member who greeted us and tied us up was very courteous and new how to tie us up properly. For the price ($150 roughly) for 1 night it was a big disappointment. Very difficult to get on/off boat, no private bathroom or showers for boaters, noisy with music right above us. We stayed at The Wharf in Orange Beach for half the cost and way nicer facilities.

I arrived late Friday night to the marina where I did not have a slip to dock my boat for the night because the only slip they had available had there broken down boat docked in it. I had to dock my boat by the gas pump. The next day still no slip same thing. Ended up docking my hole time at the gas pumps. They told me they would come me a night and haven’t seen that either. Very high priced marina to dock your boat. I would not recommend docking here to anyone. Terrible experience. The staff was very friendly and polite but they didn’t actually do anything about the problem. Sorry Harbor Marina I will not be back again!!!

Slip was supposed to have water & electric. None found on our slip. We paid $1058.40. Then, if that's not bad enough, we were charge $10 per day to park!!!
Ridiculous. No one has reached out for us regarding compensation for these problems. Probably not coming back anytime soon...

we were given glorified courtesy slips for the Margaritaville restaurant to stay in. The people eating in the restaurant were 2 feet off the back of my boat. Also the pier I was on was also the loading site for a charter boat so there was always a lines of folks coming and going right next to my boat, no security at all. We felt like a zoo exhibit all day and night. We could not wait to get out of that place. We spent $200 for one night slip rental on a 38' boat (the most expensive for our entire trip). Next time in Destin I will just stay anchored in the harbor and call the water taxi to get to the board walk...

Our slip was directly in front of Margaritaville. At first I was unsure about the slip location but turns out it was perfect! We basically had free live music to listen to all evening and all that the harborwalk has to offer at our fingertips. The staff was awesome and very friendly. We will definitely be back again.

Very helpful in the reservation process. I had to delay a couple of times due to weather. Also very accommodating when helping me in (I singlehand). Also had let me us a 30 to 50 amp converter at no charge). Tku! I will be back!

We were very disappointed with this facility. We were on the gas dock where folks just constantly come up to look at our boat. In addition the lack of facilities ie showers laundry etc did not justify the dockage fee charged. We will not be returning to this marina.

The reservation process was TERRIBLE! What could have been accomplished in a 5 minute or less phone call took 2-1/2 days with emails going back and forth then when I called the day of my arrival to let them know I might be late the dockhand on duty couldn't find my reservation , he had to call his boss and call me back. 10 minutes later he called and everything was fine it just hadn't been put in his book.

We paid for a boat slip, and I was told we'd have one. All that we got was parking next to the gas pumps. My boat was moved multiple times, and not by me. One of the times the boat was moved, they didn't use the buoys to protect it from beating against the dock. I now have cracked and scratched gel coat. Thanks a lot for nothing. I will make sure I leave a review on every social media platform to get my point across. $900+ for a slip that we never got. Not to mention we always had to wait to leave or come back in because of other boats using the gas pumps. Total BS, waste of money, and disappointment.
