Palmetto Bay Marina

The staff was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this marina.

All dock hands were great.Easy pull up at docks fueled, washed clothes ate at the Carolina Crab was excellent. Thank you for 2 nights because of storms. John the bartender at Carolina crab was great Double Trouble This Is Us Jim &Paulette

Great staff and super clean marina.

I used the Marina twice in seven days for purposes of attending to an engine oil leak. The docks, showers and laundry were all current and kept clean. Sean and Tristan were engaging and helpful in docking. Palmetto Bay is on my list for marinas to use in the future. Returned as part of my journey north. Good service, nice facility, and pleasant boaters

Docked here for two months this winter- liked the Marina so much we are staying there again next year. The docks are great, great laundry facilities, showers, etc. The Marina is great dog walking, bike riding, and great walking paths including cool hiking paths in the woods. It’s close to good restaurants and good food shopping. What makes the Marina special is the staff. Kai, Tony, Sean and Patrick are true professionals and surround themselves with good talent. The entire crew is professional and fun to be around. We highly recommend this Marina.

Would love to stay here again. Tristin was amazing. The black marlin smash burger did not disappoint. The best service I think I’ve ever seen. Team work ! And made customers feel very taken care of !

Unplanned circumstances led to two extensions of our stay, and throughout the entire process, the staff exhibited flexibility and accommodation. The facilities at this marina were top-notch. The laundry room and bathrooms were not only convenient but also exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and free. Not to mention the dolphins played in the slips next to it so we got a show every day! One of the standout features of this marina was its proximity to excellent restaurants. The convenience of having dining options within reach was nice, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The marina's location, close to grocery stores, further enhanced its appeal. This made provisioning and daily errands a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of our stay. In conclusion, our time at this marina was fantastic. The combination of a helpful and accommodating staff, outstanding facilities, and a prime location makes it a standout choice for anyone seeking a marina experience. We are already looking forward to returning and highly recommend it to fellow cruisers.

Great Marina. Well protected and easy on and off even with a little current. Sturdy docks in great condition, convenient showers and washing machines, and Dockmaster Tony was great. While there are free bikes, they weren't in usable condition when we were there.

We loved this Marina! Tony & Shawn are great people, so laid back & caring! We stayed here for 1 week and everything was amazing! Free laundry, nice clean restrooms and showers. It’s a little bit of a walk to get your dog to a grassy place though. The black marlin restaurant was great & the breakfast place too! Internet was spotty but we didn’t care! Self service fuel dock is open 24-7! We will definitely be back!!! The ferry boats were a little annoying bc they don’t understand no wake! Current wasn’t awful.

Very modern marina. Clean showers and bath houses conveniently located, floating at the docks. Great restaurants steps away at the marina. Deep water slips. Highly recommend.

They have set the bar for service as high as it could be. Every time we dealt with the dock crew they were over the top friendly and supportive. Tony, Sean, Seth and others we spoke with on the phone, just stellar, we love this place. Laundry, showers, everything on the docks was new and clean and well-tended, this is how it should be. We should report that it's terrible so we can make sure we find space on future visits. ;)

A great marina. I love how the bathrooms are on the docks. The tidal currents can make this a tricky docking effort, so planning your arrival at slack tide is a plus. Having a courtesy vehicle (car, or even bikes) would be a big improvement.

Second time time visiting for a month. Dockmaster is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants on site have great food and service. Love being able to watch football right there.
