The staff at the Burlington Community Boathouse were very helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The marina is close to downtown Burlington, making it a great spot for dinner or resupplying.

Docking was ok! Staff were friendly, but when I went to pay I inquired about military/vets in which they do absolutely nothing for. Quoted me a price and then they slipped in a debit/credit card fee without mentioning it to me. Overall disappointing and would not recommend

We were there on the 3rd and 4th for the fireworks. Rob and crew made it another great experience at the Boathouse. Just the best - couldn't be better.

The Burlington Community Boathouse is great. The staff are wonderful and they treat everyone with great kindness and respect. They're always available to help, catch a line, shove a boat or assist with a pumpout. I'd recommend a stay here for anyone boating in the area.

Great season, service. Attention to detail is very strong and professional courteous staff this department deserve a lot of credit and support for the good it does to the community and tourism from the North our fellow Canadians which i will note were missing this summer, compared to years prior the guest mooring field was very quiet no fault of there's.

Always the best! We’ve kept a slip as our home for our sailboat at the Boathouse since 2015. The staff are always attentive and willing to help at the dock. Having Splash as a restaurant on site and the gorgeous view of the Adirondack mountains to the west makes for unparalleled sunset views. A short walk to downtown Church Street provides great shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. This is truly the jewel of inland New England.

The Boathouse is on the rise! The new manager has shown that he has the ambition and dedication to making the Boathouse the destination point for Burlington's Waterfront. There have been years of stagnation and an attitude that the BH is too old. Rob has taken great pains to shine the place up and be competitive with our very 'high end' neighbors. The team team at the Burlington Boat House is great. On rough days I never had to worry about support on the docks. Someone was always there to help and when we had a maintenance issue they were also very helpful in getting us support. As far as customer service goes, this crew is probably the best that Burlington has to offer. Security has started to become an issue on the Burlington waterfront and although this crew is phenomenal, the city of Burlington will need to address security for boaters. So ensure you've properly locked up and secured all of your valuables. Thank you Boathouse crew for all that you do!

Exceptional location. Maybe my favorite place in VT. Incredible sunsets, secure gate access to docks, clean restrooms short walk from anywhere in Burlington. The staff is also very friendly and nice.

Best destination on Lake Champlain. Secure moorings, nice showers, fantastic sunsets, Splash restaurant provides a nice atmosphere, a gated access to dinghy and 5 minutes walk to Church Street . Worth the trip every time.
