We deeply regret the inconvenience caused during your visit due to the unexpected power outage, a result of an unprecedented wildfire affecting the broader region. We understand and appreciate the importance of shore power and access to amenities for all our guests. We'd like to clarify a few points: - While our slip rental aims to provide the best amenities possible, it does not guarantee power or restroom access continuously, especially during external crises. - Given our commitment to offering affordable rates to our boating community, we, like many businesses in our area, have to make decisions about resource allocation. This sometimes means we may not be prepared for every extreme event, including the provision of extensive backup power during a major outage. We're heartened to hear your positive feedback on our security during your stay. Hi Timothy, Thank you for your review. Our harbor patrol carries guest keys to the gates so if ever you are back in port, please reach out to them, or our harbor office for assistance. We will gladly help you, thank you again for staying at the Crescent City Harbor.

Hi Scott, I would like to get more details on your stay, if possible, please give us a call at 707-464-6174, We are taking more steps with the docks such as adding more gates to offer better safety and cleanliness measurement.
