Roche Harbor is great. We love Roche. They charge a bit more, but you get premium service.
My biggest complaint (1st world problem, admittedly). For the price of the slip, the showers should be free. They recently added card readers in the shower- no quarters needed anymore. But paying the price of a hotel room for a boat slip should come with a shower.
I still give Roche 5 stars.

Upon leaving the anchorage in Garrison we experienced a raw water pump failure causing the engine temperature to rise. We contacted the marina office and they helped find a slip right away. They were very helpful. Also, a shoutout to Philbrooks for having a mechanic on board within the hour. We were very grateful for the support we received!

A first class resort on every way…this historic marina has never fallen on hard times, always keeping the bar as high as possible..McMillin’s restaurant food was amazing, made even more so by servers Clara and Laurie who were most attentive…Possibly the most expensive marina in the San Juan islands but worth it in every way…

My umpteenth visit and as great as always. There are helpful dockhands, mobile pump outs and almost anything your heart desires including a fantastic offleash dog park. Ive visited with small boats, large boats and now a pocket trawler. The welcoming treatment is the same. Keep it up Roche Harbor.

The crew was so helpful when we docked, offering to assist with hooking up our electrical and offloading any garbage we might have! The welcome packet is good (adds an upscale touch), and I loved the coupons for free wine. The docks are in great shape. I’m sorry the kiosks weren’t open yet. I always find nice gifts there.

Great place to stay. One of the few that take pride in their service. Not many greet you at the dock and help with lines anymore. Roche Harbor is always a great place to stay.

We've visited Roche Harbor numerous times over the years & I think it is just getting better. The dock crew was very attentive and made the whole process relaxing. Good meals at McMillin's Dining Room & the Cafe. All made for a kick-back visit!

Roche Harbor offers five decades of fun and friendly boating traditions in the San Juan Islands. We start every stay with a dock-side greeting and tie-up, and offer information on the resort so you can enjoy amenities like complimentary wifi, off-leash dog park, and outdoor pool. Our 377 slips are available year-round or nightly and fit vessels up to 150′, making it a must-stop destination on any cruise in the Salish Sea.

PLEASE BE ADVISED : Even if reservations are full and the calendar is blocked, we will still have slips available on a first-come-first-served basis. We will have an in-harbor waitlist, beginning at 8:30 am each day. Must be in the harbor and call in on VHF channel 78a to get added to the list.
