Great place to stop while traveling the Erie. The folks there are SO welcoming and helpful. We were exhausted after a day of locking and it was already 4pm. We needed a quick place to dock. Called them up and told them we were right outside the marina... could they take a 48' boat.... now. 'Of course', they said and they guided us in, helped with lines and invited for a drink at the club bar. What amazing people. We are so glad we found this little oasis on the canal. HIGHLY recommend!

Very nice marina. Approach to docks is about 5 ft. We draw 4.5 ft. Another boat came in at same draft. Nice walking trail and restaurant nearby. Super friendly members.

You won't find nicer people. Couldn't do enough for us. The facilities were clean and modern. Will be stopping back for sure!

We stopped at crescent on our way up the Erie. Everyone was super nice and the price is right for transient boaters at $1.00 per foot( thank you for being reasonable) we stopped on a Saturday and had a great time at the bar with the members. Loopers need to keep this boat club in mind!
About Crescent Boat Club Inc
The Crescent Boat Club welcomes your transient vessel and crew! The fee is $1.50 per foot per night (not including credit card fee). The first night is free to members of the Mohawk Hudson Council of Yacht Clubs with proper credentials included in the special requests field. Whether you're staying a night, a weekend or longer, you're sure to see why we're known as the friendliest club on the Mohawk River.
The club offers transient dockage for vessels up to 100 foot in length and provides 15/30/50 amp electrical service, potable water, pump out, WiFi, and class A bathroom and shower facilities in a park like setting with picnic tables and gas barbecue grills. We also offer overnight RV parking for a fee of $10.00 per night when not attending club events. The property is located within a 10 minute drive of Albany Marine Service and West Marine for repair parts, marine supplies and good advice. We are also within 10 minutes of major grocery stores and shopping centers, fine restaurants and other retailers such as Walmart, Target, Lowe's and Home Depot.
In season, there is a weekend lunch menu and you're sure to enjoy the friendship of fellow mariners at the club's full service bar located in the clubhouse.
