I don't normally take the time to write reviews but this place deserves one. Chicks Marina checks ALL the boxes for any boater/yacht captain that is looking for an easy, no stress docking experience. Clearly every detail in every area of this marina has been given considerable thought and attention to.The ENTIRE marina is immaculate, the docks, decks ,patios and bathrooms are no exception.Take comfort in the construction of the docks ,waterand electrical systems which can easily handle larger vessels with confidence.....Even the pilings are stout. The Marina staff are EXCELLENT , these people love their jobs and it shows in all that they do, from the dock-hands, dock-master to the group in the office. They welcome every guest with a sincere enthusiasm that you don't see anywhere else. Not enough good things can be said about the staff. Chicks Marina is a standard bearer that all other marinas regardless of size should strive to duplicate. I can safely say that Chicks helps make a visit to this beautiful town a perfect one.

Thanks to all at Chicks for a great trip! The staff are fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. Miss Chris in the office even shuttled me around town to an obligation I had scheduled. Thank you! The docks are very nice and well kept, as is the whole marina. Everything from the shore power to the cleats are all suitable for bigger boats, which can be an issue at smaller marinas up this way. The town is beautiful and the weather was great. We will be back next summer for sure. Thanks y’all 🙌🏻

We loved our stay here! Located in a small beautiful town You are in the best hands at Chicks Marina. The staff and dockhands were lovely and took great care of us. They took our stew to the store to get provisions on a rainy day that’s how out of the way Chicks Marina is willing to go to help you! We can’t wait to return to Kennebunkport!-Amor fati

Our second visit to Chicks, and as usual, the facility and service here is top notch. We can’t say enough about the friendly crew here: Amy, Chris (awesome tour once again!), Tyler, Colby (sorry, forgot third dock hands name!), and Rudder. Clean with great stafff! Shuttled our group to town. Great meal at Boathouse restaurant! One of our favorite stops during the 6,600 miles traveling the great loop.

Great stay. Service from Amy, Emily and the staff of young folks in the dock was awesome. Good washdown of my boat at a reasonable price. Nice to have the six person golf cart to get in out of town. Overall, very pleasant experience. Highly recommended

One of the nicest marinas we have stayed at. The people were all so nice and helpful. The whole area including the bathrooms was spotless clean. They have an electric vehicle that takes you anywhere within reason for free. Coffee and different breads every morning. Amy the manager was great. And Rudder, the yellow lab, clearly runs the place! Beautiful, large yellow lab who came to greet us every morning. Even their store for logo goods is great. Can’t praise them enough. Hope to come back someday.

About Chicks Marina

Kennebunkport is a destination worthy of its own special trip and for 54 years Chicks Marina has been the name synonymous with boating on the Kennebunk River. Founded by local icon, Booth Chick, and owned and operated by the Katz family for 35 seasons, Chicks’ goal is to provide you with the highest level of service from the moment you make your reservation until the time you depart. Chicks is located just a short walk from Dock Square, the center of Kennebunkport’s historic seaport community. While in town you will find unique shops, galleries and other attractions. There are dozens of restaurants within a short distance from the marina as well as a variety of nearby sandy beaches.

Our first-class facilities are the finest in Maine and are continuously upgraded to ensure that your stay will be a safe, pleasant and memorable one. Chicks offers transient dockage, seasonal summer slips and heated indoor winter storage. Chicks’ floating dock and piling system was completely replaced only a few seasons ago, with upgraded electrical (30/50/100 amp) and water systems. The large open face dock and slips are dredged to 7 feet at MLW comfortably accommodate vessels up to 165 feet. Chicks is the only marina in the Kennebunkport area to offer 91 Octane gasoline and ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel. Most boats can be conveniently refueled while in their own slip. Fuel discounts are available for bulk purchases, seasonal slip holders and winter storage customers. Please inquire with our Marina Manager for pricing details.

The Chicks Marina staff are at your service to arrange a variety of concierge services including restaurant reservations, car rentals, boat washing, general maintenance and diving work. During your stay we encourage you to enjoy the use of our sundeck and patio complete with Adirondack chairs, picnic benches, sun umbrellas and gas grills. There is also comfortable seating in our indoor lounge area. Full bathrooms with showers and laundry facilities are also located on site. Our complimentary 6-passenger electric GEM vehicle is available to shuttle you around town or to local beaches. And speaking of complimentary, your stay includes free coffee and baked goods each morning and whoopie pies and other treats each afternoon. Our Ship Store sells a variety of Chicks’ branded apparel including hats and clothing, cold drinks, block and cube ice. Chicks Marina is dog friendly! We do ask that you keep your pet leashed, in accordance with Kennebunkport leash laws.

Chicks Marina can welcome boats up to 165' and their floating dock system is dredged to 7ft at MLW.
