We put our future boat under contract while it was docked at Parrot Cove, and when we asked about continuing the dock lease as liveaboards the response was "Do you have a dog?" and "No dogs allowed". This ended that conversation.
About Parrot Cove Marina
Parrot Cove Marina is a fenced and gated deep water marina that can accommodate boats up to 65’ long and catamarans up to 30’ wide. The marina is in a great location close to and with fast easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay and the intra-coastal waterway.
Parrot Cove Marina is a small peaceful “old Florida” style marina. All of our boat slips have water, waste pump out and electrical hookups with meters as well as WiFi. Located in a well protected location on calm tranquil Palma Sola Bay where we don’t get any big wave action, resulting in less wear and tear on your boat and less rocking and rolling when you are on you boat.
