There are so many lies in the above that its clearly a waste of my time to reply to each lie. But I'm an open book - If you want the truth, PLEASE meet me at the marina and I'll show you around, introduce you to customers and the boat club and you'll see the falsehoods spewed by this guy saying he's Steve T. By the way, his name is not Steve T - that's a lie too. I've been in the business over 40 years and with prestigious companies such as Rybovich Yachts, Aqua Marine Partners (AMP) and affiliates such as Jersey Yachts, Viking, Formula and others. I was also instrumental in taking a Healthcare IT company public under strict SEC oversight and have no blemishes on my record. We had over 1500 slips and I was with AMP for 16 years - in that time, I was directly involved in 2 customer disputes. In this industry, that's amazing! But, people do get angry when you want them to pay their bills ;-( If I could rate this customer as a zero, I would! MARINA OWNERS - BEWARE OF THIS GUY - If you want his real name, call me. He tried to get his way by reporting falsehoods to the city and made inappropriate contact with the police. I'm from Philadelphia originally where guys like this are called Rats - lying or squealing to get out of trouble or to get what they want. Luckily for us, there's nothing to squeal about - we are good business citizens of the community for many years and have great relationships in the industry and the city. NOTE: * Pompano Inspector was out to meet with me and saw no safety issues. I pointed out the missing piling. She saw a new piling was already on order and understood that the last two boats in there didn't want the piling because they fit better without it but now that this customer has vacated, we're putting it back * As far as the police, they said it was a civil matter and never even contacted me. The only reason i even know he did this is because this customer literally threatened to do these things if I didn't cancel his agreement.

The challenge to get into the slip is not a marina issue - it’s a problem with the boat handling capability of the operator. As explained, the amenities are part of the apartments and the apartments have different ownership from the marina. Unless you are saying something was misrepresented, this issue is that our setup apparently doesn’t work for you and/or your boating needs. However, it does work for our boat club tenant, local resident boaters and transient boaters with their own amenities. In lieu of using the apartment’s pool, our facility has direct private access to the beach.
