Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to great restaurants. Marina very safe and secure. Some rocking and rolling from all the boat traffic on the East River.

We had a great stay at the Brooklyn Bridge Marina over the 4th of July weekend. The service and security were all top-notch. As a first-time boater in the NY Harbor area, I had some trepidation, but Will made it all very smooth with his helpfulness on the phone and on VHF guidance. We were able to have a sunset cruise around Liberty Island, circumnavigate Manhattan Island and although the docks do rock quite a bit due to ferry traffic, we slept pretty well on our 24' boat. Thank you to the team and especially Will, for making our getaway weekend a big success.

Great staff! Brooklyn Bridge Marina is expensive, but the staff here is very helpful and very accommodating! The new management is improving the infrastructure of the marina too.

This marina doesn’t deserve to be listed on Dockwa. The only bathroom the marina has is in their office which is only open certain hours during the day. The shower isn’t even air conditioned. The floating dock finger piers are too narrow and flimsy. There is no breakwater so boats rock up and down with the East River. The staff are in an office that isn’t even on site. And on top of all this the cost is ridiculously high for the quality of the marina. Stay away.

Dear Robert, we’re sorry you had an experience that isn’t living up to the par we’ve set for ourselves at the marina.
Since taking over ownership this spring, we have been investing in updating the service and experience at the marina, and we’re slowly but surely making progress.
The bathroom issue you cited will be addressed this week. Two new, high quality bathrooms on the dock are opening this coming week with air conditioning, showers, toilets, and 24 hour access to all marina guests.
We also have a new marina office that is opening in the next two weeks where all staff will be located on the marina docks.
Regarding the swell, we’re working on coordinating with SeaStreak who is the cause of our issues with their ferries navigating too closely at high speeds next to the marina.
We hope you return to experience the new and improved Marina as we continue our evolution, and we hope next time, we get 5 stars.

What a beautiful location. The crew was amazing, professional and knowledgeable. The only drawback is , when visiting, bring plenty of bumpers. The East River can be merciless.

Brooklyn Bridge Marina is right where you want to be, however was very rough in the slip with all the Ferry traffic. The staff were absolutely amazing. I am being honest, I would look for another Marina if you can find one in the area.

As always, a great spot to use as a base for exploring NY harbor, with unbeatable night time views for just hanging aboard. Can’t escape the wave action of commercial traffic, but a few supersized fenders do the trick. Will be back in the fall, and look forward to pending added amenities!

If you want Brookyn and views of lower Manhattan, this is the place. Responsive team, great help with docking (shout out to Will). It can be really - really - rolly but we had a very quiet night this past weekend. It’s not cheap but the location is just tough to beat.

I stayed here as a transient for a few nights. The staff are all really friendly and responsive to inquiries. The marina itself has nice slips with lots of room and easily accessible shore power. Getting into and out of the slip was much easier than at many other marinas I have stayed at. I did not stay on the boat overnight but I did spend an afternoon on the boat at the dock. It was a bit bouncy, but given that it is right in New York harbor it's pretty amazing how reduced the wave action is. I think I would have been comfortable spending a night on the boat. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and great views! Staff was most helpful. The wave attenuators help a lot - a little wavy during the busy day, but quiets down nicely at night.

Owen was awesome assisting us in, with lines, and with power. Nice park and shops within a short walk. Lot's of activity of course, so don't be surprised by helicopters, water taxis, barges, and ships. Settles down later in the evening. Hope to come back.
