Safe Harbor Greenwich Bay

Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. The new docks are great, wide and well lite at night. The grounds were very clean including the heads. We would definitely stay there again.

Marina location is "bullet proof" and General Manager Oliva was extraordinarily helpful. Dock Master Lily was wonderful and made everything easy for us.

Super friendly staff, docks are in great condition and the facilities are very nice.

Helpful service people, office staff and dock hands. Nice Landry, restrooms and showers. Walking distance (about a mile) to Stop and Shop grocery and Ace Hardware. Plenty of access to Uber. Dave’s marketplace has large selection of deli products not just meat and cheese.

5 stars for amazing service and helping the boating community. When many other marinas were turning people away and/or price gouging when it looked like hurricane Lee was coming, Greenwich Bay Marina went out of their way to fit everyone in- they said that they had gotten 30+ boats in over a couple of days. Even with that, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout-outs to Trevor and Olivia! Even though it’s the corporate name, GBM really lives up to being a safe harbor!

Olivia was very helpful and flexible with our dates. We will definitely be back!

Clean facilities, friendly staff

An excellent place to stay...friendly people, very helpful staff, and a lots of evidence of constant improvement ( new plantings, upgraded and very nice facilities, very timely repairs of marina equipment.

Olivia and Lilly were delightful to work with and we enjoyed a nice quiet weekend pier side while we rested, knocked out some projects. Nice!

The new dock master Lilly is a great change from the beginning of this season. The pool has turned around now that staff actually checks and enforces policy, broken grills have been replaced, and for the first time this year dock staff has been present and visible walking the docks. She is off to a great start and seems to be correcting all the issues we've had this year.

We switched from sail to diesel 2 years ago. The service staff of Jeff Botelho, Nick Mello and Dave Hill have provided exceptional service as we have updated many of the systems on our boat. When they do a job, they get it right. Olivia, the manager and Ellen, the yard queen, make doing business easy. I highly recommend the marina. 5/31/2023 An update. Kudos to Lilly and Brandon from the fuel dock. A new dock neighbor totally lost his port reverse and 50 % of his starboard reverse while going to the fuel dock. Not only did they get him in and out of the fuel dock but they ran down to our dock to help us wrestle it back into it’s slip and keep it from a collision with two different boats. It was a job well done.

I wanted to write a review. After reading edforts the only things I can add is I’ve been there over 20 years and Olivia and crew not only have 1 yard to maintain but now has been stretched to 3. Amazingly everything is in great shape people are happy and she’s still smiling. Yes it’s a great people and family place to be.

I have been at this location for about 10 years. During those years, I have seen managers come and go. That's probably a good thing. Recently they replaced the manger with a women named Olivia. She has been a god send. This Marina has gone from a disgusting mess to the most premiere place to be. From the docks to the bathrooms, to the common areas. All my guests rave about this marina. The office staff are phenomenal. The yard workers can't do enough for you. All are knowledgeable. There is an old saying ," You are only as good as the person in charge". Well, Safe Harbour did it this time. Took a little while , but they succeeded. Can not say enough about this woman Olivia. She has gone above and beyond to make my stay here excellent. When things were tough in this country recently , she did not hesitate to help me out in anyway she could. I heard that from other people also. Thank you everyone at this Marina. And thank you Safe Harbor. I will be here forever.

I just spent my first season at Greenwich Bay Marina. Ellen, Olivia and Gramh were always helpful and pleasant assisting me with any questions I had. Jeff and all the machanics were always informative,and resolved any issues I had with the engines. When you call on the phone someone actually answered. I don't recall ever getting an answering machine though it probobly happens once in a while. The wild life in the marinia with Swans , Ducks and Geese was always entertaining. The 2022 season is coming to a close and look forward to the 2023 season. Thank you everyone . John Andresen
