Even though it rained all Memorial Day weekend, we still had a great time at Safe Harbor Essex Island Marina! Staff is super nice and always asking if you need anything.

Always a favorite destination. Well-kept facilities and a helpful staff. The island location adds a touch of seclusion even though it's only a 25-yard ferry ride to the mainland. We'll continue to make this an annual stop.

All good until it was time to leave. Tried to get help dropping lines leaving slip but no response to VHF ask. Maybe it was me, but I think I was on correct channel etc.

Nice quiet marina with friendly staff.
Nice upgrades on pool area lawn games since last time we stopped here two years ago. Will definitely stop again.

Unwind by the oversized pool, enjoy a game of volleyball with family, or explore the vibrant village atmosphere in nearby Essex.
ALL special requests (slip preference, early arrival or departure, boats you are traveling with, special electric needs, handicap needs, boat accessibility, etc.) NEED to be told to marina staff BEFORE your arrival. Day of arrival changes/add-ons may not be able to be accommodated. Thank you!
