Townsend Manor Inn & Marina

It was an excellent stay, the grounds are beautiful and so easy to be able to walk downtown. The only negative was my slip assignment, at low tide there was no way to get in and out of my boat we were docked parallel to the bulkhead no ladder access, were in the corner slip I think it was number 42.

Like going to Townsend Manor. Good location, clean facilities. The dock master, I believe his name is Fred, is a mean nasty person. Yelled at our guest and his wife for tying his dingy up in the wrong place, treating other paying guests terribly.

We love the property, so many good memories over the last 25+ years. Very disappointed with the waterfront dock manager who appeared rude and was less than helpful with boats coming in. The attitude was poor appearing to be annoyed with aspects normal to the job. Sadly, heard echos of this exact thing from members of our yacht club and another yacht club also on premises both for regattas. Both clubs are close and communicate well together. Accounted for approximately 25 - 28 boats - hope this finds its way to ownership as we all appreciate the family who owns and runs the business. Hopefully this is addressed and corrected. Our regatta chair is looking at next year’s schedule and determining the destinations now.

Marina was very nice. Only problem was that there was no signal on the TV Cable.

The dock boy told us the slip number and met us at the slip he assisted us with the tie up also brought ice to the boat. Great place. I would go back again!

This was our first stay at Townsend Marina and we loved it! Great pool, walking distance to town and just a nice, quiet location. We will definitely be back!

Great friendly place to stay. Due to weather I needed to get in a day early and they were very accommodating. We have been to Townsend many times, we have never been disappointed.

Great place to stay. Dockhands friendly and helpful.. pool was great.. will be back again. Been coming every year for many years and always a pleasure to stay at Townsend Manor. Scott is very helpful.

Absolutely my favorite place to dock while I am in Greenport. The staff are amazing and the fellow boaters are a pleasure to dock along side. Perfect location too. Far enough outside of yet close enough to town.

Nice stay Really tucked away Marina which makes it very calm Nice pool, easy walk to town.
