I spent 3 days @ the three waters marina. I was greeted by Bruce, he was very helpful in getting me situated into my slip. The rest of the stay went well. The marina was clean and each slip had power and water which was very helpful. I would recommend docking at this marina.

Great marina! Been here several times. Nice pool and restaurants on property and free shuttle to restaurants in area. Will be back soon!

Came in by Boat from Aventura. Stayed three nights at Holiday Isle Marina and got a room at three. Waters resort. Amazing redo on this property rooms were clean, modern, well appointed. Food was excellent at all the restaurants. The Marina was in great shape. Fuel, good water, pressure, easy in and out. I’d love what they did to this property. Will be back again and again.

Always a nice visit to Three Waters. Dockmaster very responsive, nice facilities to use and great location to some wonderful snorkeling and good restaurants.

Great spot, beautiful facility. The hotel and grounds are impeccable with restaurants, pools, tiki bar. The marina could use more amenities for boaters (bath house, laundry). Overall- great place to stay!

The hotel staff was terrible. Pool service was non existent. The hotel itself felt and looked like a motel. The upgraded room had paper thin walls so you could hear your neighbors whispers. We cancelled our reservation two days into a five day vacation and moved hotels. That being said the marina staff were great. The marina is very pricey and there are other options around Islemorada.

Marina was amazing as well as the hotel. Always something to do. The staff was courteous and friendly.
Only recommendation is that the marina staff be issued walkie talkies, I actually had to walk around until I found the dock worker so he could open the gate to the ramp. I think it would be beneficial for the marina store to be able to contact the workers for the guests.

We return to this marina every year, and it continues to impress us in every way. The facilities are consistently well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully organized. From the boat slips to the restrooms and showers, everything is kept in excellent condition. The docks are secure and easy to navigate, with a relaxed yet efficient atmosphere.
The location is also ideal—convenient access to open water, beautiful surroundings, and nearby amenities.
We always look forward to our annual stay here. It’s one of those rare places where you feel welcomed, appreciated, and at ease the moment you arrive. Highly recommended for boaters looking for a top-notch marina experience.

Great property. The marina staff was polite, organized and professional. The staff member named Beacons was super helpful. There was also a female staff member but I forget her name—she was awesome as well

Marina was fine- we were placed in a unit at the far east end of resort , about a mile from the boat- resort has no center and when you stay there w a boat you should be placed relatively close to the marina- they refused to move us. Not great stay- never stay at cove , request bldg 2 !

I want to say that this was the best experience i’ve had at a marina. This is my third trip to Three Waters this year with the boat and it gets better every time. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to come back again.

Marina staff are helpful and courteous. Was there for a fishing tournament. Only had one common issue. Though they say they close at 5pm, I pulled up at 445 to get fuel and they said they were closed. Fuel service shits down earlier than the store

Booking Info
The Marina's power pedestals are GFI Compliant. Should your vessel not be compatible it will trip the breakers. If the breakers trip, your only option will be to power via a generator. You will be responsible for bringing a working hose and at least four (4) extra dock lines with your vessel.
