The bathroom s were filthy
The slip we rented had immovable object on the pier narrowing the walkway to 25% of which we had to walk the dogs and take our scooters through
In the early morning hours before six the bathrooms were locked and NO access
The downtown was 2 miles a way
The good thing is they agreed to renegotiate the fee
Should have anchor in the downtown area
And avoided the aggravation
Would Not recommend unless there is bad weather

Best stop for transient dockage. on east coast. Love fueling in slip. Unfortunately the Kingfisher restaurant was closed. Being ablecto fuel in slip then walk to dinner is very important on my decision where to stop.

Excellent location because it was well protected from wind and current. The fairways are a bit narrow, and the incoming captain must be on the top of their game, particularly if they are tired from a long trip.
The dockhand was enthusiastic, but green. A circuit breaker in the power pylon was fused shut and non functional. The on site restaurant was only open weekends. Potable water was sometimes available.
Windward provided two-way Ubers while there. Office staff was 5 stars. very good location. 1.5 miles from the historic district which is fantastic. Drunken Horse restaurant is awesome. Will stay at Windward again.

This was our 4th yr making the boat trip up from Edgewater/NSB and our crowd grows each year. This was our 1st time at the Inn/marina and we will be back again next year. Your personnel were very accommodating, prompt and courteous. Thank You for contributing to our very enjoyable weekend!

we booked a slip, and when we arrived we were parked on the main dock by restuarant.

Hopefully this will not dissuade you from returning. Please add a special request on your next stay and we will do our best to accommodate. One night transient dockage. Great dock hands and very nice lack of current. Otherwise, the marina is just not good, clean, or organized. The bathrooms, pool, dock, and other facilities need major cleaning and upgrading. This place has gone way downhill. I would not stay here again.

We are very disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. It looks like you stayed on our brand new docks but we can understand your disappointment in the rest of the amenities on that side of the marina. We are in the middle of upgrading that entire side which started with the replacement of the existing bulkhead. Restrooms, pool, and docks are our number 1 item of concern over there and expect to have major upgrades completed over the next two years. Again, we are very sorry to hear your disappointment but hope that you will give us another chance in the future as we continue to upgrade the facility.

The Cove is a fully protected marina adjacent to the ICW, and less than a mile from the St. Augustine Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.
Come browse our shops or dine in our restaurants, charter a boat or book a room and stay a few days.
All the shop owners and employees at Camachee Island are here for one primary purpose—to serve the boater. If we can do that, we know you will come back again to make this your permanent mooring or a regular stopover, and pass the word to other boaters.
