Love. all the Safe Harbor Marinas Clean, nice restrooms , nice lounge area for customers, friendly staff.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Clean facilities. Being near River Supply was a big plus for me. Nice touch to be able to buy $10 rolls of quarters for the laundry. I appreciate Aden and Alex staying past the 5:00 p.m. Sunday closing time to help me tie-up. All in all, a fine marina. Well run.

Update: Dani the Marina manager contacted me to let me know that the billing problem was a bug in the Dockwa system and that my rate should have been protected and promptly issued a refund. The staff at the marina was uninformed about what was actually happening and did give me erroneous information which did cause a lot of back and forth which the manager has pledged to resolve. Dani was very responsive and courteous and I'm glad we were able resolve this issue. Upgrading to three stars. It would be 5 stars if this had not happened. Nice facility with great docks and bathrooms. Close to restaurants and a marine store. Original review: We booked a 2 night stay here and received a confirmation on the price for the two nights. Our plans changed and I messaged the marina asking to delay our arrival by one day. The marina messaged back that would be no problem but never told me my cost per foot would be going up for BOTH nights. So I ended up with an extra $76 charged to my credit card. Communication with the Marina for a refund has resulted in a run around and no refund. While I did get an email from Dockwa AFTER I made the change, I had no recourse at that point. I could not have cancelled and gone somewhere else due to safe harbor 3 day cancellation policy. So boaters, I guess it's on us all to specifically ASK if making a change increases the price. In all my 20 years of boating I've never encountered this. Having said that the Marina is nice and the dock hands were great.

Josh and the crew were awesome. Got us filled up when we arrived, then safely checked into our slip, super helpful with some local info, bathrooms are super clean and nice. Excellent experience!

Nice marina and equally nice staff. Great location for getting to Savannah without being in the city.

Friendly staff, convenient pump out and fuel as we were on the fuel dock. A few restaurants nearby and easy Uber into town.

The staff is always courteous and professional. The pump out station wasn't working while we were there but everything else was great. We will be back!

Great facilities, friendly people, and good access to the city via lyft/uber. Ultimately we were happier staying here than we would have been on the Riverfront, even though we do like being in the center of the action. There was even a seasonal social gathering on Saturday night to meet some neighbors.

This marina is so well managed and is in a great location, very close to a marine store and restaurants etc. The restrooms showers are kept clean and warm in the winter. There are office facilities, laundry facilities and a reading nook. Everything you need and all very close. Everybody is friendly and helpful with good information on Thunderbolt and the marina given on arrival. We saw river otters the first time we were here. The manager told us that manatees will probably be there in June.

Stayed here for two nights for our annual boat trip to Savannah from Charleston. The staff was awesome and we would highly recommend docking here!

This marina is very clean and the staff are top notch. The only reason for 4-stars vs. 5-star is only because it is remote with limited amenities. I would absolutely go here again.
