About Waterways Marina
Our 2021 Monthly Storage Rates are set at $16 per foot and we offer both an annual contract and a month-to-month option. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount on all annual contracts that are paid in full at the time of execution. All rates are based on a 20’ LOA minimum. While we are happy to store boats under 20’, they will be charged at 20’ LOA. All boats will be measured when they arrive at the facility to verify the LOA.
Storage at this facility is obtained on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that due to our permit requirements the facility has set allotments for Waterways Residents and Non-Residents. Currently, the ratio for the dry stack is set at 70% for non-residents, and 30% for Waterways residents. This equates to 132 non-resident spaces, and 56 resident spaces.
