Customer Service is clearly NUMBER ONE at Putnam's Harbor. Whether it's the offer of a golf cart ride to the docks...help with loading and unloading... friendly and efficient fuel service...or just neighborly chit chat, the customers clearly come first and the staff are always friendly and sincere!

Oh my goodness! Putnam's Harbor is better than we ever dreamed it would be. It's gorgeous and efficient to use. Most importantly, the service is beyond professional and accommodating. Craig is the absolute best. He sets the standard for customer service. We have only worked with Alex once and he also exceeded our expectations. Excellent Marina and Staff

Best marina on the lake! I drive from Lexington to store my boat here simply because, well service doesn't exist any longer except here! Very clean and they always want to be sure you're happy. Is it more expensive than other marinas? Of course, but you get what you pay for.

If you are on the fence on where to store your boat, look no further than Putnam's Harbor. Not only are the facilities top-notch, but the people there are amazing. Craig and Alex consistently go out of their way to ensure that everything you need is taken care of. Their communication is better than I have experienced anywhere else. I can't say enough how great they are. Their dock handlers are awesome as well. They are always there to assist with docking and are very polite. This is especially nice when you have a boat that doesn't drive well in reverse. I'll admit I was a little hesitant to store my boat there, only because it did cost a little more, but I am so happy that I decided to go with Putnams. I honestly don't think you will get any better service on Lake Murray. If you are hesitating at all because of the cost all I can say is that it is worth it and that you are definitely getting what you are paying for. As long as I have a boat it will be stored at Putnams.
