Service department was great! Nice marina and people were helpful. Would have been 5 star except the following: bathrooms were far away, I know it’s off season in Nov, but seemed a little understaffed on docks, and although it’s great they have courtesy vehicle it was on a first come first serve basis and you couldn’t sign up for a time slot - very frustrating. Overall would recommend, especially if you need to get your boat serviced.

Facility was fine, attitude was good but restaurant was closed and courtesy cars were broken down. Surprised to see dial back so early in season.

The marina was nice. Wifi was a little weak at our slip. Good restaurant.

No answer on radio or phone for slip assignment or fuel. Waited almost 2 hours tied to fuel dock for attendant to return from lunch. No assistance with docking. Fuel is extremely more expensive than all other marinas since Chicago. Only bright point was courtesy car and Freddy Ts up the road.

Very understaffed - only one person at fuel dock - didn’t answer radio or phone. Tied ourselves up, did our own pump out. Dock hand started fueling- I finished up. Docks in good shape, good electric and water. Nice restaurant on the grounds. Permanent slip folk very friendly.

Wow! Beautiful marina! We were transients for one night. The restaurant has great food! Make sure to try the catfish filets if you’re into that! Also, we travel with our little dog. The restaurant allows dogs on the patio and brings out a pail of water for Fido:).

Internet service was poor. Restaurant was closed. One sink in women's restroom did not drain. We did manage to get a courtesy car for a grocery run to Pickwick Market early the morning we left, but had to get the entry gate code from other boaters. Infact, the advice, help and cameraderie with other boaters was the best thing about this overnight stop!

Excellent visit with this marina- even pulled the boat for a reasonably priced look-see at the props. LOVE the high pressure showers! When your Loopin’, that long hot shower means more than you know!

Very friendly & helpful at the fuel dock. Beautiful location heading to the Tennessee-Tom. Great dinner at the Aqua Grill. Courtesy car & laundry available (didn’t use).

They had my small boat at a dock taking a beating from high boat traffic. The dock master on his way home, saw our dilemma. He took the time unprompted to get us a better slip. Very good service. Thx

Clean and well run facility. Courtesy car for errands is very helpful. Restaurant had fun atmosphere and good food. Called the ship store for a needed supply-- they didn't carry it, but called back a few minutes later and said they could order and get it in a few hours. That was an unexpected surprise.

Nice facility. The transient dock is clean & in very good condition. We had dinner at the marina restaurant. The food was good but not great. On a Sunday, our only real contact was Bryant at the gas dock. He was helpful & pleasant.

The staff is great. The pumpout is very good. The only irritating thing about the marina management is that they accept and allow power cords throughout the marina to be permanently draped in the water. They also need to have a marine electrician go thru the electrical system along the transient dock, especially around 18-20. And check for everything, not just voltage. To many boats, including mine in july, have had issues connecting. If they want to make this a big transient dockage and protect the fuel dock, then they need to work with the state and put in a break water.

Great stay! The service was great, our slip down on the main docks was excellent and very sheltered. Good services overall. All of the staff was friendly especially the Fuel Dock attendant. Thanks for the use of the courtesy van, we had a great time!

Transient dock was rocking and rolling. WiFi and cell service were bad. Good rate, good courtesy car.

Great dockhands. Loved the e-mail that contained dock layout, wifi passwords, gate codes, water depths and general marina layout.

We love staying at Aqua! Aqua is a nice marina with great facilities.
