Safe Harbor Aqua Yacht

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Yacht Club. AGLCA discount on diesel. Although the laundry facilities were out of order and the pump out service was already winterized - we had a very comfortable stay through the snow storm that hit. Thankful for the courtesy car so that we could reprovision before the snow. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Very nice facility with pool and work out room. Very nice and helpful at Marina. The best we got to use their van to go get groceries and dinner.

Nice marina and friendly people on the dock. We were at the long tie along dock so it was a hike to use the restrooms and it was cold when we’re were there. I would recommend this marina.

Big marina and they have added slips on dock D that are not on the published map. Now 60+ slips.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were clean and courtesy cars were available. Unfortunately, problems with their sanitary system reduced the shower facilities to only the couple of showers at the pool. Otherwise i would have given five stars.

Very accommodating. Have 3 courtesy cars, which makes it convenient to get provisions or find a nearby restaurant. Most enjoyable is nightly Looper get-together, where future plans can be made, as well as new friends.

Always enjoy our stay at Aqua Yacht. The staff are always so willing to assist with whatever you may need.

We stayed for three days and once we were settled in the right slip, all was great. While we had made the reservation on Dockwa well before our planned arrival and were confirmed for 50 amp hookup, we were put in a 30 amp slip. It took 4 hours to get us moved. On the positive side, the service team is awesome. We had an issue and they were very helpful. Willy is also quite the guy! He helped us get settled into a new slip the first day and checked on us to follow up.

Great place to stay! Everyone is very friendly. Fuel dock staff is knowledgable. We used the courtesy car and were invited to attend their membership appreciation hot dog roast. Unfortunately they were having some plumbing issues so no laundry available.

Docks in good shape. Awesome that they have 3 courtesy cars, as nothing is very close by. Restroom/shower pretty far away. No working laundry. The staff here is outstanding. Randy, Billy, Jimmy, Dennis all very personable. Would recommend!!!

First and foremost , as to the review that says porta potties only is wrong. They do have working bathrooms with showers at the pool area. That being said, it was a slight inconvenience that the laundry and restaurant were closed due to a sewage issue, but they have three loaner vehicles and laundry is within 3 miles. Very easy to get a loaner and they work with you,if you tell them what is going on. Randy the Dockmaster and Billy are amazing, as were the rest of the staff we dealt with! They make you feel welcome and do all they can to accommodate your needs!!!! We would visit again!!!!

Big Marina, plan for a hike to office, bathrooms, anything. Disappointed that restaurant is closed. Dock well maintained and have typical services. They do have conveniently located pu lic areas throughout the docks. Nice furniture, grills, great social gathering areas.

The staff was quite easy to work with. I was extremely comfortable staying there while cruising the Great American Loop.

Great visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Forwarded parts shipment was easily retrieved and available courtesy vehicles ensured ease of vessel restocking from area stores.

Great deep water to keep the boat covered. It's the Tennessee River as well as the Tom Bigby waterway if you are one to travel its the best. Good people there on the transit dock for visitors all the time..
