Corrupt Business Behaviors I am truly saddened to have to write this review. I will not mention names as that is unprofessional. We sold our old 70ft vessel and purchased a 100ft vessel. We needed a spot to dock as our home marina couldn't accommodate our size immediately. We reached out to their sales Director at Sailfish and they gave us a spot and explained it was a year lease but if we were to get a spot back at our old marina they would do their best to fill our slip and release us from our obligation of 100K a year. We agreed and gave them the initial deposit. With 3 remaining automatic payments. We actually were contacted by our home marina 1 day later and was given a spot. We contacted Sailfish and they told us they would do their best to help us and would find a contract for our slip. We were grateful. As the months went on they were not releasing us from our slip and they did have another 100 plus vessel in our slip. (will not mention the vessel) They told us that vessel was transient and did not have and annual so they kept charging us and collecting their rent. I asked their Capt and he said they were permanent. Sailfish kept lying to us and we took pictures every week of the vessel occupying our slip. After 6 months or more of Sailfish management lying and playing hardball to the verbiage in their lease we decided to get attorneys involved. Needless to say we won based on emails and text messages with Sailfish and their Mgmt. We did not get all of it but a very substantial amount. Enough to make a statement that you cant just screw people over. I know of two other vessels they are doing the same thing with and have shared my story and results with them as well. Its sad you have such a terrific location that is highly profitable but choose to use Mafia style tactics to double revenue and profitability with little regards for the client. Mgmt is horrible and very demeaning. BEWARE before entering into an agreement with these folks,

We are regular customers buying marine fuel at this establishment but NEVER AGAIIN!!!!! We pulled up and purchased fuel on dock B and asked if we could pump out our boat's waste, we were told there was no room for us to park on dock A or D to use this service. We then found that there was room on the dock A so we drove to the inside fuel dock to tell the employees there was room. An employee met us over there and told us he does not know how to do it and would call for help. Jamie the "Manager" came to help this employee 15 minutes later and told us we would have to pay $50. We told him that come here to get fuel regularly and we have never had to pay for this waste pump service the few times we have had to use this service but we would agree to pay for it today and would choose to fuel somewhere else going forward. He asked us if we were "threatening him" to take our business elsewhere and then said he would not perform the service requested if we were not going to be customers there in the future. ABSOLUTELY INDADEQUATELY TRAINED STAFF AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
