Cambridge Yacht Basin

Marina is a short walk from downtown with its many excellent restaurants.

The marina and staff are top notch. We visited in early November and stayed for 5 nights. Great communications and directions, two folks helping with lines when we arrived, great facilities, and a very short walk restaurants. Staff gave me a full briefing on the town and the restaurants, leaving behind a nice bag of information. Nice work!!!

Loved our stay! They talked us in on the radio and helped us tie up. We also received a welcome packet with a map of the town and restaurant/brewery recommendations. The marina had great docks, strong wifi, very clean bathrooms, and was pet friendly. It was walkable to downtown and the surrounding areas were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Cambridge Yacht Basin. We were able to fuel and pump out then go to our slip. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and informative. The finger pier is a little narrow, but I think there are plans to upgrade that section. The laundry and shower facilities were right behind us and very clean. The town has many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a small grocery and a nice liquor store. Beautiful old homes and a park setting. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful location. Short walk to town with many restaurants and shops to enjoy. We especially liked being on G dock with the park behind our boat and bathhouse very close. Marina staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The one negative, which is not a reflection on the marina, is the tide drop which made it difficult to get on/off the boat.

Great marina, easy access, nice facilities, dog friendly and an easy walk to town with restaurants and a small grocery store.

Easy access. 43’ sail with no bow thruster. Put us in end slip and helped us in. Great location. Was there for the Ironman triathlon so Sat night was boisterous until midnight but other than that very quiet and peaceful. Will be back.

Excellent customer service. Bathroom and showers were immaculate. This is our third time staying here over the past 10 years. It gets better every time! Kudos to the dock master and crew!

As usual we had a great stay. Staff was very helpful. We were right in front of bathrooms, showers, and laundry making it extra convenient. It was Ironman weekend and staff had suggestions to make they stay better. Our kids decided to join us at the Marina with their sailboat ( we are power boaters) and the staff accommodated their last minute plans and actually suggested a location in marina to make it easier for their dog to get off their sailboat.

Scott and Mike were on hand to assist us as we arrived. We love to visit here. Ironman was going on so there was lots to see. See you next time

Friendly dock master and assistants. Clean and well maintained bathrooms and grounds. Close to town and restaurants.

The best dock master I have ever encountered. The most accommodating marina. Highly recommend this marina.

Scott is the best dockmaster we ever met in 44 years of boating. Facilities at this marina are excellent and easy access to a vibrant town. Will be back. Salty Dog

We have rented slips at multiple locations around the Chesapeake Bay. This was by far the best value. The staff was courteous and helped us tie up. Our slip was in a great location, not the usual ‘over by the pump out station’ like most transient slips. The boathouse showers were awesome with lots of pressure. The location allowed easy access to the Choptank River and downtown Cambridge.

Wonderful stay at CMYB. Friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities. Clean bathrooms & shower. Bring quarters and laundry detergent if you’d like to do laundry. Close to town and local restaurants/bars. 5 stars. We will certainly be back.

Great location, staff was excellent. We had a major engine failure after leaving and they went out of their way to help get us squeezed back in to the dock on 1 engine and trouble wind. They deserve more stars for that!
