The Marina at Rowes Wharf

Excellent location, but otherwise it is nothing more than an expensive place to tie up. The facilities listed on the marina’s website are a bit of an exaggeration, and in some cases inaccurate. The marinas map shows slip 22 as a finger pier. It is really back in “the chute” as the deck attendant called. It. Shower facilities consist of a single shower stall in the basement of the hotel. Bathroom facilities are one-stall in a public space. Laundry facilities are a combo washer/dryer. (The washer part worked. The dryer part did not.) Ice maker was out of order. Trash cans on the were overflowing. Will skip the next time.

Beware there is no amenities at all despite their website and Dockwa advertising it as luxury and has service such as pump out = none of it. Location great if that is all you need.

They were friendly and helpful but very hard to get in touch with. Never a response on VHF 9 and phone calls almost always straight to message machine. Only got docking information by repeated constant calling to phone number.

We arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon. We call on channel 9 as instructed in their confirmation email. No one answered. we called their phone number listed in their email several times and just got Voicemail. We had to dock at nearby dock, go to the Rowes wharf hotel concierge, who found security, who found the person in charge of the marina. He was very helpful but admitted his dock had left at 4 pm. Put into a slip that was very difficult to get into and our 39 foot sailboat with the water and power on the opposite end of where we needed it . There was an adjacent boat anchor sticking out into the dock . There were very few amenities, pretty much just a place to park your boat,. The location is central to downtown Boston and made it worthwhile however, I would not book there again.

Alaina was very helpful. A bit bounce due to traffic but a great spot for seeing Boston and folks from Logan as the water taxi drops off right there.

No one answered radio, phone call, or message on Dockwa messaging I asked some people who were pulling out where to park who had parked for the day. No problems. It was choppy so not great for overnight but beautiful location

Nice quiet spot, protected area from the ocean with a bit of security. Great spot for day dockage while enjoying Boston.

Terrible. There was no attendant on site. We docked at an empty slip and obviously the tenant of that slip showed up all pissed off at us. Worst marina ever. Had to jump the fence to get back to our boat, since there was no one to attend. Docks are in total disrepair. Avoid at all costs.
