Super friendly staff and nice facilities. Convenient to Scorpion Marine yard and Banana River lock. Most docks are concrete fixed, but they put our catamaran on a floating T-head dock. Clean bathrooms and laundry. This marina is under threat in port authority plans to expand cruise ship terminal, which would be a shame and a loss for local and transient boaters. The election is over, so take down the Trump flags as it offends half the customers.

Very friendly Marina with excellent bathrooms & showers. Great facility & great folks. Were able to accommodate us when a family emergency occurred necessitating a flight home and getting an alternate crew member.

Excellent .all worked out . Friendly and helpful staff .
The only issue is when they allow someone to come in after hours , they should remind them to pick an edge and not park in the middle of the fuel dock unless they are leaving before the fuel dock opens the next morning . It was my fault of not taking care of business when I arrived and waiting until the next morning .

Excellent fuel dock and T dock space. All marina employees we’ve worked with have been great. This location is also good for sourcing parts.

Love the facility. Only issue was upon arrival when we couldn't hail the marina office. No one responded on ch 16 or 68. Thus no doc hands available to help dock. Nonetheless We proceeded to the fuel doc and walked into the office to notify them of our arrival.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is a 15 minute walk to port restaurants. I recommend this marina for transient boaters visiting Port Canaveral.

Nice marina with mostly fixed and some floating docks. We stayed here on our way back from the Abacos. Very professional staff. Nice location for a short Uber ride for the many hotels serving the cruise ship riders. Really neat store with a timeline of pictures showing the construction of the port (manmade). Only knock, and a small one, is the gas pumps are slow. About 45 minutes for 250 gallons, but we were on vacation so no problem. This is a well run marina. Very safety conscious. One of the few left that lets owners self perform work. Watched them put a boat in the water and staff was equipped with hard hats and hi-viz uniforms. That's a first at any marina I have seen. Speaks to the safety culture and professionalism. Amenities we unfortunately did not get to enjoy were an onsite pool and outdoor bar. At least 4 restaurants east and a short walk. Sadly, it seems the cruise ship industry threw their weight around and the Port non-renewed their lease. I am going to send emails/letters to contacts they provide and express my opposition to this move. Amazing in a state that benefits so much from the boating industry yet they prostitute themselves to the big investors. So many boaters and employees will be affected. I would encourage anyone who reads this to write to the contacts the marina provides. Might be your marina next. This place is an "Old Florida" gem 50 years in the making. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent help with line handling, best stocked ship store we've seen so far. Great folks, great facility. We booked a second night.
I really hope the city does the right thing and renews there lease. It would be a shame for the local sailors to close this beautiful marina.

We stay here everytime we come through. Good staff, pool, laundry, nice store. Dockwa makes it easy to leave at daybreak to avoid checking out as staff have not arrived yet.
Marina Response:
Thank you Beverly for the great review! We are glad Dockwa simplified the process and it's one of the main reasons we are utilizing their platform. Safe Travels!

We were scheduled for a slip and then a haul out the next morning. We were aware that we might be docked at the Fuel Dock and were okay with that. We were told to arrive at 1430 or later. We arrived at 1430 -- and there was a boat in the slip at the fuel dock that we were supposed to be in. We waited almost a hour while the boat prepared to depart. During that time there was no fueling or other action at the boat (loading, maintenance, etc.) The boat owner was gabbing with everyone on the dock. Eventually he got on the boat and took off.
Once we arrived at the slip and attempted to hook up to commercial power we found out that the commercial power was running 130 volts and cycling between 130 and 134 volts. I could not use that power for safety reasons and because my boat would not accept the "high" power. This set off all kinds of warnings and alarms. The marina electrician came out but was unable to do anything. It appeared that this was a long term problem and no attempt has been made to fix it. There were no other options for slips except another slip on the fuel dock that had the same problem.

Power was insufficient horrendous dockd
Marina Response:
Dear Banner, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the power supply at the dock. We are aware of another boat on the same floating dock that might have affected the power. Could you please message us on Dockwa so we can better understand your review and ask for more specific details about the issue? Additionally, may we ask if you had a chance to speak with the Dockmaster regarding the power issue or a possible relocation while you were here? We don’t have any notes regarding a conversation with you.
Your feedback is valuable and will help us make the necessary improvements.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Even before we arrived my numerous questions were answered with patience and kindness. They were so helpful getting us tied up at the dock (there was a big swell that kept pushing us away), and then we were given a lovely welcome gift bag and an information sheet showing local restaurants, car services, and other stores a boater might need. It was also wonderful to cool down with a swim in their pool. I felt like I went home to visit family! I will definitely stop there again, and recommend it as a great marina interested in ensuring their clients have a great experience.
