Great marina! Staff was especially helpful and location is best in Boston. We were on a mooring and during the day there is quite a bit of boat traffic from all the ferries, harbor cruises and rental boats but it quiets down at night. Their dinghy dock is right next to Long wharf behind a locked gate for security. It was a great 3 days in Boston

Waterboat is by far my favorite transient destination in Boston Harbor. It is family owned and operated. Chris, John and Jack could not be more warm and welcoming hosts. It is in a great location adjacent to Long Wharf and steps away from the North End. Nice, clean amenities. But, again, the personal touch of a great staff is what makes it special.

Great location and substantial docks for large boats. The issue we had over a week and a half. Iwas constant issues with voltage levels. The Marina was full with large boats and consistently had trouble with voltages below acceptable levels requiring minimal equipment operating and using generators for heavy power usage.

We understand how important reliable shore power is, especially for larger vessels. Eversource, our power supplier, has been made aware of the issue and has begun the process of making the necessary repairs and improvements to address the voltage fluctuations. We are working closely with them to help ensure adequate and reliable power is available moving forward.

07/30/26- Great stay in Boston. Waterboat is right near all of the attractions. Easy in and out and great staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. The Super Yachts break the wind and waves for us little guys!

Great location! Staff very friendly and helpful. Ferry traffic was a bit annoying but they disappeared at 8 pm. We will definitely be back when visiting Boston by boat.

Location and access to the city and area-the best- Staff are always welcoming and friendly and help no matter what the need or question is. 15+ years we come here almost each summer for 1-3 days-slips and sometimes a mooring awesome- love being in the city every year with the boat- best marina and place of all- great facilities and dock hands and office are awesome

I generally do not write reviews, until now
The staff was great and very responsive. A 100+ footer that came in late afternoon and ran generator all night. Exhaust and noise were very unpleasant.
I spoke with the office next morning and they solved the problem in short order.
Staff turned an unpleasant experience to a wonderful stay. Thanks Waterboat!

You can’t beat Waterboat Marina, very welcoming, clean facilities, excellent docks, safe, clean, family friendly. Walking distance to all of Boston, North End, Common, downtown crossing etc. We will be back!

I have stayed at this marina several times, it never disappoints. Great facility, very clean, excellent showers, and the location cannot be matched, right in the heart of downtown Boston. We watched a firework display for the Tall Ships, what a view. The staff is super helpful when docking and leaving, power, water and pump out service all outstanding. Will definitely repeat.
