Very nice staff!! This marina is in significant disrepair! Docks are sinking, No attention to maintenance of grounds. Docks are covered with weeds and bird droppings.

We know there is work to be done, and we are addressing maintenance and repairs as we are able. We truly appreciate your patience and your honest feedback. The marina is pretty run down. Seems like it needs an infusion of private capital to bring it back to where it should be. The docks are broken concrete with weeds growing out of the cracks. It doesn’t look like anyone has landscaped the grounds in years. But… fuel is really inexpensive here. 5.75 for diesel and 5.51 for gas as I’d 8/22/26
Marina Response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that some areas of the marina are showing their age, and we are working to address repairs and improvements as we are able. We appreciate your comments and are glad you found our fuel prices competitive.

The marina needs to update the min depth at entrance. It is not 10' as they say. At low tide it is less than 5 ft. Be aware! It has not been dredge in years. The docks are falling apart, watch your step!
Marina Response:
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We understand that the entrance depth can be significantly less at low tide, and we will review the depth information we provide to ensure it is accurate. We also recognize that some areas of the docks are showing their age and are working to address maintenance and repairs as we can. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Point Roberts is a Great Place near a Great Strait. Martha and her crew are the best!

Nice people is marina office. But the facilities are in shambles. Broken concrete docks with weeds growing in the cracks. Very shallow entry with a sandbar at end of jetty- less than 6’ of water at zero tide. Depressing experience!
Marina Response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found our marina office staff to be friendly and helpful. We're sorry to learn that the condition of our facilities did not meet your expectations. We understand how important well-maintained docks and easy navigation are to an enjoyable stay. Thank you again for your review, and we hope you'll consider visiting us again in the future as we continue making improvements.

Disappointed We paid for a space for a 60' boat and 50A service. No attendant to assist in our approach. No power in our slip once we tied in. We elected to go to a local restaurant for dinner and skip preparing a meal and having to burn fuel running a generator all evening. Could be better, folks
Marina Response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience with us was disappointing. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive with a reservation for a 60' space and 50A service, only to find that there was no one available to assist with your arrival and that the power at your slip was not working. Our office is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and unfortunately, we were also short-staffed during your visit. While this helps explain why we were unable to respond as quickly as we should have, we understand that it does not make the situation any less frustrating or inconvenient for you. We are especially sorry that the power issue affected your evening and resulted in you having to change your plans. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we will continue working to improve our service and communication so our guests have a more positive experience when visiting our marina. We sincerely hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the experience you expected and deserved.

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the condition of our facilities. We understand there are areas that need attention, and we are continually working on repairs and improvements throughout the marina. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to keep our facilities in the best condition possible. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

The marina is clean, quiet and safe. The wildlife, especially eagles and herons, is abundant. The staff is very friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure our needs are met.

Very quiet marina right now largely due to covid. While I understand limited operations such as the fuel dock not being open sundays and mondays, it was extremely disappointing that the pump out station was similarly closed and unavailable Sunday and Monday. This ultimately impacted our travel plans

Although we were there on a Tuesday night, and with the pandemic, there were no facilities open. It was difficult to get ice as the only ice machine was locked. Mostly everything was in a state of disrepair. It’s too bad that the COVID crisis took away some much needed revenue as it must have been a wonderful place at one time. I will be back in a few years to see if anything has changed. By the way, we finally got two bags of ice.
