Excellent service! Cardine (Dock Master) was on the dock every time we came in from a day on the Boston harbor and took excellent care of us. He made sure that we had everything that we needed and was genuinely kind and welcoming. The marina is really one long “L” shaped dock and does not have individual slips, though there was plenty of space and easy to get in and out with our nearly 30’ boat. Channel coming in was clearly marked and was easy to navigate during the day and at night. The first night we were at Encore there was a total of 3 boats on the dock overnight. The second night it was just us. The price was more than reasonable and traveling into and out of the hotel/casino by boat made us feel like high rollers. Thanks, again, Cardine!!

What could be better than your boat on a dock at one of the best casino in America thats not in Vegas. the dock steps away from great food, great shops and most of all if you like to bet sports and i love to bet tennis they have a mini sports book that sits high up and has two restaurants on both side of the seating area. Upstairs is poker and just more of the stunning Encore. Once discovered never forgotten. www.jonathanbaker.com

Couldn’t be easier. Well marked channel. Wide open dock. Attentive deckhand. A short walk to the check-in area for the hotel. And our room overlooked the dock. Great experience overall.

The marina and attendants were excellent. The casino and rooms are excellent. This would be a 5 if it wasn't for the exceptionally bad experience I had late night. The docks are supposed to be closed from 11-7. However, when I came out of the casino at 2:30 am. I found a young drunk lady hanging on my boat while her boyfriend took pictures of her. I then had to worry all night about people messing with my boat. There is NO security, gate, or even rope to show that the docks are closed. Once the marina staff leaves around 9, your boat is left for anyone to board. The bar lets out at 2 and many drunks go down on the docks after that which are supposed to be closed at 11. Beware if staying overnight, otherwise an excellent place.
