Most professional and courteous staff we have ever experienced. White glove service at every level. Joe and Ozlem know seamanship and how to situate a yacht now matter the current. Great walkable community and concierge service available with a golf cart. Adjacent to Phil Foster Park. Some of the best inshore snorkeling in the country. Hahn was worth every penny.

I have stayed at a bunch of different marinas, but this was far and away the friendliest and most helpful one. Their concierge service really came through to get My Canvas' work done so I could leave for the Bahamas on time.

The marina was lovely, dock hands were extremely helpful getting us tied up, bathroom clean, location good for access to the ocean. The current is quite strong through that area and arriving around slack tide as they recommend is highly recommended.

The People were great, and the location was good. The only downside was the fixed docks. They are in good repair, but fixed docks, and a 3'-tide, and a strong current are hard on boats not having 8 feet of freeboard. Got luck for the 4-nights I was there being blown off the dock. 12 feet of water, so depth is great, just come in and leave on slack tide, da. Fuel price was good, no overcharge for the location.

Havn Yacht Marina: A Hidden Gem in West Palm Beach! Don't let the fishing charter boats fool you, Havn Yacht Marina is a truly outstanding marina experience, and deserves far more recognition. We stumbled upon Havn due to a change in our plans and needing a last-minute slip after the WPB boat show. Lucky for us, they had space! Our arrival was a bit challenging thanks to the currents near the inlet, but Joe and Ozlem were absolute lifesavers! They were right there on the dock, ready to guide us in with unwavering patience and expertise, even helping us navigate the tricky pre-slack tide conditions. Their helpfulness immediately set the tone for our stay. While the fixed docks and the inlet currents might seem daunting at first, the exceptional service and convenient location more than make up for any minor inconveniences. The staff is simply phenomenal. We've never encountered such a high level of customer service at any other marina. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable stay. Beyond the amazing staff, Havn's location is fantastic. Walking distance to Publix, Bank of the West, countless restaurants, and the beach makes it incredibly convenient for provisioning and enjoying the local area. And the best part? Havn has a fantastic list of trusted and affordable trades for repairs and cleaning, making maintenance a breeze. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Havn Yacht Marina. It's a true "diamond in the rough" - a hidden gem that offers exceptional service, a convenient location, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a single night's stay or a long-term home for your vessel, Havn is worth it. We will definitely be back!

We struggled to find dockage in the Palm Beach area during the busiest time of the year surrounding the WPB boat show. HAVN was wonderful as we were a smaller boat in a big slip, which was all that was available, and they charged us for our boat size not the slip size (as other marinas do!) Oz and Joe in particular were exceptional staff! Oz spent 30 minutes getting us tied up for expected bad weather and watched our boat all weekend, fixing and adding lines and fenders when she saw a need. The staff pay attention to EVERY boat like that! F3 and HAVN are an extremely top notch organization. HAVN is one of our best stops on America's Great Loop (steps to great restaurants, an amazing pedestrian walkway from the marina to Palm Beach inlet, and more we didn't take advantage of on this visit. When we departed, Joe and Oz were there to help us and it was like leaving friends. We will be back to visit HAVN again!

Nice facility. Current can be strong. They are brand new and getting their legs under them.

I’ll give it a 5 because of the cordiality and professionalism of the staff. The facility is going through renovations but it’s easy to overlook the remodeling because of the great service.

Used this marina for one night to stage for a next day crossing to west End Bahamas. Nice marina, very nice dock master. Only negative is the current. We needed to dock at slack tide. Getting out in morning was fine.

The staff here was excellent and the location is very convenient. The docks are fixed concrete with wood pilings and are quite high, so if you have a low freeboard sailboat, like us, you will need to be able to rig a ladder or step up 2-3 feet depending on the tide. Not an issue for us personally, but something to be aware of. Also, the currents are strong in this area, so be aware and come in at slack if you can. Current is aligned fore and aft, so manageable.

If you want it all? You stay here, hands down!!! Just one matima after the overrated "sailfish" is the perfect crew at HAVN. They are very accommodating and always ready to help. Clean, and the people friendly. Ignore a few sport fish captains and it's 100% perfect stop.

Staff was excellent and the accommodations were great, simple check in and directions to slip.

We had a wonderful experience at this marina. We were needing a last minute stay as our previously booked reservation somewhere else fell through. At past closing time, a wonderful worker still answered while he was on his way home and turned around and came back to the marina just so we could have a place to stay. Some of us stayed on the boat overnight and had a great experience, no issues at all. We had assistance docking, a shower and bathrooms open all night. And easy getting out in the morning. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at HAVN Yacht Club. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also have a concierge who provides help with finding someone to take care of maintenance issues. The water is GORGEOUS, and the sand bar behind the marina is fun to explore. Thank you!

While the dock is not sailboat friendly, the staff is. This like many in the area cater to sport fishing boats. There is only one bathroom and it is a nice one, but only one. There is a pay washer and dryer on site. I can say how great the staff is here. Super friendly and oh so helpful. We will stay there again despite the fixed docks because of the great staff.

The staff at HAVN were wonderfully pleasant and professional. I had a mechanical issue at sea while enroute to South Florida and they were more than accommodating which alleviated an otherwise stressful situation. Highly recommended! Capt Joe Perkel

Great marina with attentive, friendly and professional staff. They are very responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Good clean laundry room and easy to get an uber to provisioning spots like Publix and Costco.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay . The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. A lot of the reviews warn that the docks are to high for sailboats but if you have enough fenders and fix them sideways on the pilings it works fine.

The marina’s best part is their staff. They are constantly making sure that you’re satisfied with every aspect of your stay while also making improvements at the site. The marina is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. In addition, the staff makes it incredibly easy to receive mail there. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Palm Beach Shores/West Palm Beach area.
