The staff is outstanding. The facilities are very nice. The WiFi sucks a there is no cell service. The bathroom code be used for nuclear launch codes.

Facilities were nice but not $4.50 a foot nice. Beach was awesome. WiFi is better. Dock crew was very helpful. Dockmaster was the best! No wonder the
place is EMPTY!

Great staff. Emailed me a few days prior with helpful notes about my slip. They were ready for us upon arrival and also helped with a fueling.

We have been repeat visitors over the last several years, staying at the hotel and docking our boat. While it appears to have had many improvements over the years, it appears that many of the updated improvements are no longer available or not yet set back up.
I realize power outage is not always under property control with unexpected storms, etc but we had to wander out in the weather to find a person who worked there to get any info. Assuming no generator since we had no AC, no water and no lights. Also, we were at the pool right when storm started and not one employee came out to pool to lower the several open umbrellas. Our group closed them all, so they did not become missiles flying around and causing damage. While I understand it's a holiday, there should a small group there to oversee the property.
Majorly disappointed no pool bar, the beach bar had just opened so no frozen drinks & no live music over the 4th. No Air-Conditioned restaurant isn't ideal, but we utilized food trucks. No breakfast options available is still a major issue since your 20-30 minutes away from anything. The limited wifi signal on the property is a big issue that needs to be addressed. The codes for rooms & bath houses are about 10 digits too long, plus room and bathhouses are different codes. Not sure why they need to be that long, need to simplify to 4 digits if possible.

Lovely secluded marina with a beautiful little beach on site as well as a nice clean pool. A little tricky getting in, we draw 4’ so went in at high tide. Lori in the office/ship store was very helpful and friendly, she went above and beyond to help me get a ride into town, much appreciated! Chestertown is a quaint historic town about 8 miles away with shops and restaurants. The marina is quite rural and very quiet, very safe. Long roads through a picturesque countryside were great for running, walking and biking. There’s a gym at the marina with several pieces of equipment and weights. There are several grill areas and very nice, clean bathhouses and laundry room. The ship store is very well-stocked. Grant on the dock was so helpful getting us in, very friendly and polite, as were all the dockhands. There was a beach bar and restaurant but closed and undergoing new ownership while we were there so I’d hope they’ll be open soon. A relaxing getaway.

Staff was incredibly polite, helpful and attentive. Place was great though the bars are temporarily closed. I always love coming to Fairlee creek. Please shorten the bathroom code.

Great spot. The staff was responsive on the VHF and very helpful throughout the stay. Restaurant temporarily closed, but Milanos Pizza delivered. Internet is spotty, and bathhouse has a 10 digit cyber code as a required password. Good luck typing it in the dark. All that aside, a wonderful and relaxing place to spend a night.

Dock crew were wonderful! Marina itself has so much potential and hopefully they will make great use of the building housing a now defunct restaurant. The pool was not open when we arrived, but it's early in the season so we were not surprised. The entrance to the creek is very shallow and a bit treacherous to navigate, but the marina gave great explicit directions on how to enter and exit. They even had their escort boat lead us out to safe water the next morning. The docks are old but serviceable. It's a beautiful area.

We were very impressed with the service, great fuel prices and setting. Sorry we did not stop here during the summer when the lodge, pool, beach areas are hopping.
The inlet is a little tricky for deeper drafts. Safe Harbor crew actually boated out to lead us in. Now that is service!

We stopped here to pick up fuel on our way North. Lele, the dockmaster, was very helpful in providing us with details on navigating in and out of the channel. Lele was also a pleasure to talk to, and she gave us great information about this marina. We look forward to visiting for a longer stay! Thank You!

Leanna and crew are the hardest working dock staff we've seen! The facilities are in great shape and docks sturdy. The setting and atmosphere are excellent. Its not a town or city. Its remote, which we LOVE, with a cool beach bar and good restaurant. The whole place is like the old family summer resorts in the catskills or Poconos... like in "Dirty Dancing" or "Marvelous Mrs Maisel".
