My boat was dropped off June 21st. Center engine had a steering issue error I have triples on a 35 ft scout that’s 5 years old. Mercury engines that Rex is meant to be good at dealing with. Initial feedback was that the fix would be days. Then feedback was more complex but just needed time. Then for over 10 days all calls to service team were unanswered and email to the owner of Rex Bill went unanswered
They’ve had the boat now for a month.

Rex is a Marine center that caters almost exclusively to motor boats. We are a 46' sloop that draws 7.5 with a beam of 13. It could not have been a better fit. They found us a slip with plenty of water and maneuvering space.
Rex is 5 minute walk from the downtown restaurants.
Staff could not have been more helpful or professional.
Facilities modern and clean.
Will absolutely stay here next time in Norwalk.

And if you return late, not to worry, our facility and docks are well illuminated with security staff nightly.
