First class marina! Great facilities in excellent condition, very responsive and accommodating staff, and convenient location. A working marina, onsite restaurant, Ship’s Store and more. Really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to returning.

The staff, from the top down was very helpful and accommodating. Charlie, the Dockmaster was excellent with keeping the lines of communication open and returning calls promptly. A very good experience!

The Marina does nor return calls for dock slip requests nor do they respond to requests through Dockwa, even if you are a Safe Harbor member. Very disappointed.

Dockmaster Charlie was fantastic and extremely helpful. Location cannot be beat. It is a working shipyard, but the amenities are quite serviceable although it can be quite the walk depending on where your boat is tied up. All the staff and yard workers were great, friendly and helpful

Staff was great. The onsite cafe had a great breakfast. Docks were in good condition. The WiFi was next to unusable.

Excellent marina, great staff! I came in solo on a very small (for Newport) sailboat, was met at the dock, given assistance tying up, and had all my questions answered. I used a free loaner car to get gas. That is a great feature and was much appreciated.

Tim was helpful the morning we came in to set things up for us. When we pulled out a few days later, the wind was strong so he pulled up in an inflatable to help guide us past another boat if needed. Dockmaster Charlie was also very nice. When we came in that first day, James and Kevin were great with the lines and helping to set up power and water. We also had a good experience with the security crew each time we walked back to the marina. Brian and Corey were friendly and respectful. On top of that, we had a wonderful time in Newport for four days. Great town. I should also add that, as members of another Safe Harbor marina, Abby at the Safe Harbor Concierge was instrumental in making this trip happen so kudos to her as well.

Great staff and very helpful. We are a small vessel in the midst of beautiful super yachts and we were treated very well, which we truly appreciate. From dock lines to pay if the land, help was offered. Charlie and his team are the best!
